Lisa, what a beautiful video. I love how transparent you are. It such an amazing story your story you truly inspire me every day. I have had a good life so far but I struggle with my emotions and keeping a good mind set. My BOL of this episode was that happiness is on the simple things of life, I have realized that I expect everything to be more complicated than it actually is, that I have to start been more grateful of the simple things in life.

My empowerment message is this-
Strengthen yourself from your experience but never allow a dysfunctional "ANYONE" to turn you bitter from "their"behaviors. See the lessons they brought to help your experiences and thank those internally or if safe outwardly with compassion for being the teacher to help you see through their example of what was needed for you to heal to no longer allow behaviors as such into your life to truly freeing yourself to finally healing fears that represented unhealed luggage and get this that never belonged to you in the first place. Thank this person for modeling what you no longer want in your life. Surround yourself with amazing healed individuals that will help you to see the importance of it all to form the word "Complete". As PROFOUND as it may be we are all in this journey together just on different paths.
I also understand why compassion for oneself is a necessary key of importance for understanding those who know no other way of being.
Stay strong & wise in the knowing and choose to doing "the work" to receive peace from the knowledge found.
Choose to grow from your experiences by doing the work to gain factual knowledge and welcome only healthy people into your presence while allowing all the rest to just be. For this is ones choice that only belongs to you and no other can make. Do not second guess your intuition. Understand “Emotions” are gifts into the awakening that will show you where more exploration is needed to understand in full completion of all that was needed for growth so change can occur to Ignite your light as you glow to its full glory once learned to then be passed to help others

You complete your life and others enhance it.

Truth
True love is not seen but felt.
True wisdom is not learned but known.
True love is not about the sensation within but about the light that surrounds one who Ignites all to share in the bliss.
True surrender is not to let go of but to be embraced.
True joy is experienced in the observations of life and the understanding of the fruition of what yin and yang teaches one that arise from the unfoldment of events
True growth is not based on ones age or studied but done in the state of childlike openness that's understood in a multitude of ways for ever changing and never restricted.
True Wisdom is not restricting ones thought but awakens the self to find the spirit.

I was discouraged about making a RUclips but it’s actually very therapeutic. I’m working on creating how me getting fired from a job was actually a spiritual awakening for me! Hey Lisa, the flowers that you really loved are Lilies. I do love them too. I am looking for motivation from going to your channels and reading Abundance Now. Thank you for being who you are. You raised a great son. I would love to be on Oprah too one day and also to meet you one day.
This was really special, you have reminded me of something very important Big sis, to embrace the journey, even the struggles, because they are building the individual we are becoming and are all a part of the testimony that we will one day look back on. Those simple moments that we will one day treasure. The rush to catch my bus that comes once an hour, that I catch to collect my 2 older children in school with my 2 younger children in tow 1 in a pushchair... Every week today included I envision myself passing my driving test and collecting them in my car!! But I make it a mini adventure with snacks for my 6 year old.. These are the moments I'll one day treasure... Reminds me of mustard man and garlic girl. Thanks for sharing Lisa💗

I spent this morning/afternoon mediating a fight between my 18 & 8 year old & seeing this after taking my oldest to his house (he moved out just a few months ago) - it really reminded me of how our kids our the expression of our hearts on the outside. Even with my best attempts to get both of my expressions, my 18 & 8 yr old boys, to get along well, they tend to clash very often - reminding me of the variety we are blessed with in life. Thank you, my sister, for reminding me of they joy our children bring us, even in the darkest times! Btw, the flower you showed I believe is a lily - stargazer lily, I think. I really enjoyed this episode so real so loving. I have felt that fear you have described before in my life. I have never gone through with the opportunity. I withdrew. I realise more and more that I dont need to worry so much about my reputation. I should just take a step of faith instead.
When my children were young, i couldn't affotd to take them to all thise fun places. They always had friends who oarents lived them ansmd took them!!! You reminded me that, and im eternally geateful!!! Its never the destination but on the way part is the real blessing!!

Most platforms I have been on, I just went all out like you did with Oprah. It is just always sensational. When we get fine, we talk so much about the fine it feels there is not rough part. I realised when you share both, it is outright bang. Thanks so much you taught me that.
