Someone should invent front bumpers that protects the truck, but safely doesn’t give a fuck about the vehicle in front. And with “safely” I mean no casualty or injuries, just major damage to the vehicle
@@FluffyEnbyneering It do exist bumpers and front fences that are designed to protect the truck from accidents with deers and similar wildlife.
i don't have a licence for trucks (i do plan on getting one) and i honestly agree, people being angry at trucks for just existing needs a serious reality check

People seem to think that as long as you overtake the truck, or get out in front of it, you win. No matter if you die in the process. It's crazy to see just how many idiots are on our roads.

Got a friend in Stockholm that had 2 cars brakecheck him last year, both times he just let it happen and ignored hitting his brakes. Very dumb and obviosly not recommended but it was very nice to see images of the aftermath when idiots get what they deserve.. 2 totaled cars, one slightly scratched bull-bar.

@@Budda2020 Nope, one of the brakecheckers lost his license, the other one got fined. My friend didn't get any trouble.

He’s driving a medium sized tow truck around 7 tons so its not that big
So it’s not just the US with crazy brake checkers that then get out of their cars to rage.

That audi driver at 3:55 was in such a hurry that he had to overtake the truck with oncoming traffic, but suddenly he had all the time in the world to stop in the middle of the road to play tough. The brains of people like that should be studied, honestly.

Först och främst är jag grymt imponerad att du/ni har sådan koll över backspeglarna..... minst tre gånger i den här videon hade det gått käpprätt annars.
Gällande BMW muppen.... hade jag haft en kamera, ett fordon på x antal ton och någon gjorde en brakecheck i nyllet på mig hade jag råkat glömma var bromsen satt på mittt fordon..... så det är nog bra att jag inte kör lastbil.
en bit armco räcke som stötfångare hade suttit fint att "putta" på lite med.
haha same, om jag haft lastbil 😁. samt ha en riktigt fet kofångare så inte lastbilen tar skada, du vet sånna dom använder på lastbilståg i australien!

Efter många år bakom ratten har man lärt sig att hålla koll i backspegeln. Otroligt många idiot omkörningar som sker. Nåt jag också har lärt mig är att 99% av alla omkörningar som sker över heldragen linje/backrön, kurva utan sikt är gjorda av bmw:s. Det felar sällan 😂

I some times drive longer trips with my car and I must say that I just love the early mornings, when I start at 03:00 with the intention to be at the destination at 12:00. There is nobody on the road except for you guys. I really trust you truckers. Nowadays I tend to stay behind you until you give me the signal and then I floor it, with no hesitation. I also always try not to slow down or hit the brakes in front of you. In an emergency I try to go to the side, or even the opposite lane to give you guys more space to slow down. If only possible.
But I must say that sometimes I have misjudged the situation or the time it takes to overtake. I hate it! But then I hope that maybe you understand that we are only human and make mistakes. For example this happened to me years ago: There was a truck in front of me, which I approached with quite some speed difference. I thought that I have time to overtake and road looked clear. So I just went for it. But then when I was just passing I saw a tractor in front of the truck! And a car approacing! It ended up in a situation me hitting the brakes infront of the truck. Hard! But with no chance to slow down enough before a possible collition with the tractor. So it was the tractor and me and the on coming car side by side with the closest margilal I have experienced in my life! It was so embarassing and stupid too, that I will never forget it!

Great video again and thanks for sharing it with us. I enjoyed watching it for the evening coffee. The driver in the 1:00 BMW 3:30 Prius, take their driver's license and car from them. They are dangerous in traffic. Drive safe and have a good day. Nice landscape with snow, I love snow

Do you also change lane @ 80 km/h in Germany to the fast lane - to brake out cars driving 150 km/h ++ ? ;)
BTW: In Europe, the responsibility would be shared in this case - the trucker has had enough time to decrease the speed to reach the brake distance ;)

Trucks should be mandatory fitted with bull bars, and any dickwad brake checking them should be mandatory shoved into the ditch. Though proof should be provided by means of dashcam video.

The horn is good as a warning but it can cause psychopaths to go into a rage and other drivers to freeze up. In most cases, the drivers that do something that deserves a honk are bad drivers who won't think that they did anything wrong.
So many people think they have to pass one more vehicle even though they are taking the next exit. There were a couple of times that the truck with the camera was approaching slower traffic ahead faster than I would be comfortable with. Most cameras make it appear that there is more distance than there actually is.

Non-crosscountry-skiing. They do have snowy mountains and go downhill in parts of Shitholeistan, too.

Jo tack. Jag är förare på Lennakatten. Vissa korsningar är det hjärtat i halsgropen.
Just där, Tycho Hedéns väg, är inte så stora problem, men korsningen brevid, Fyrislundsgatan, kan vara riktigt läskig. Jag har en meter som personbästa, och då stod tanten i mittfilen. Hade hon stått i högerfilen hade det varit en totalskadad Volvo.
Ångloket och fem vagnar väger ca 130 ton, och 200 passagerare. Får du nödbromsa så är det Sir Isaac Newton i förarsätet.
Brukar åka den vägen ganska ofta, och sett det ibland, man undrar hur folk tänker ibland 🤷

I am not able to see a closed caption of the drivers conversation/comments and I do not speak the language BUT.... I am amazed that the driver is as calm as he is...

When I was driving my bus, any one who got out of their vehicle to confront me got their car pushed down the road. Brake checkers got the same treatment. Never ticketed.

The positive: Blinkerfluid is sufficient on the red BMW. The container for the "driver distance meter" needs a refill.
Intressant att busschaufförer verkar vara lika uppmärksamma överallt. Man kan inte lita på stadsbussar i trafiken..
Busschaufförer överlag saknar vett i trafiken, kör lite som dom själva tycker ibland.
Jag kör schakt med kärra i Stockholm och ser dagligen många busschaufförer som är väldigt uppmärksamma. Oftast i att dom släpper fram mig i korsningar, filbyten och låter mig passera vid hållplatserna innan dom blinkar ut. Lite sämre ibland på att dra in häcken vid små hållplatser men fattar att man blir seg av repetitionen varenda dag. Tycker faktiskt det är rätt så skönt att ha en del på min rutt just för att många är bjussiga.
En stor del av bussförarna är inget annat än snabbutbildade invällingar, de tar knappt in vanliga svenskar längre till sådana
utbildgingar. Min bror fick hjälp nåt år sen att förnya hans C-körkort, enda anledningen till det var att han var dyslektiker (hade
han inte haft det så hade han ignorerats).

De nombreux accidents, parfois très graves, sont provoqués par ces automobilistes ou motards inconscients.
J'ai découvert la Suède en 1993 à l'occasion de Elmia-Wood. Depuis, je suis venu presque une douzaine de fois, souvent à Elmia-Wood.
En février 2019, j'ai passé une semaine FORMIDABLE à Kiruna. Aurores Boréales, Mine de fer, Huskies, Icehotel, Skidoo, rennes, Elans... Dans mon village, (sud de France) nous avons trois familles de Suédois. J'adore la Suède. Merci de me faire visiter la Suède au volant d'un camion.🥰

Those two brake-checkers need their license revoked for at least a year..... squeezing into a narrow gap like the red BMW is stupid to begin with but then behaving like a wannabe police officer and reprimand the trucker for the nonexistent safety distance is just beyond stupid....... hey buddy in the red BMW..... YOU are the problem, NOT the truck! Same goes for the guy suddenly having ALL the time in the world to stop and berate the trucker for honking..... i thought you in your silver crotch rocket were in a hurry? If not why did you nearly cause an accident overtaking like you did? At 1:46 mark, the vehicle had given a turn signal. The road was narrow. The vehicle was slowing down to turn, with signal on. You kept gaining on the vehicle. It was a one lane road, very narrow. As vehicle was exiting, you honked needlessly. Very poor driving on your part.
Incorrect, the road was not narrow. And there was no need to pass the truck just to slow down ahead of it.

well, its usually the same kind of drivers in BMW, old Audis and Toyota Prius. I've been chased by one of those, cause he thought I should have let him in the roundabout..
I haven't met a BMW driver yet, who doesn't think the the roads weren't made strictly for them, and do whatever they please as they drive, putting everyone around them in danger.

The car didn't need to overtake the trucker when they were going to turn off the road so soon. They could have easily stayed behind the trucker and turned from behind the trucker and lost like 5 seconds. They just made the trucker have to brake just so they could save 5 seconds. Now, it isn't technically wrong, just really, REALLY annoying.
What is the point of passing a heavy vechile if you are going to take the next exit...that is just seconds away?
For no reason he is now triggering the radar on the truck and also forcing a heavy vechile to slow down a lot...why couldnt he just have stayed behind?

I love how most of these are done just for content as you can see the drivers speed increase when there is an anticipated event appening. Like with the red bmw. Its poor driving from everyone. Imagine having "but i had priority" on your gravestone.
