      I agree it is about training right. I feel part of that is training hard. Which can be knowing when to back off, when it is enough, getting the right nutrition, getting enough sleep, making sure to stimulate growth, etc etc etc.
      I see it as the balance of the whole.

      Yes of course. I meant the trinity. Intensity, volume and frequency. Dialling in you personal recovery rate. Which some never learn.

      @@fender1000100​​⁠that why I keep doing this. Sometimes I feel like I am I fighting the a world of coaches and trainer saying they have the perfect program, exercise, or plan. The only perfect plan is the one that works for you. I see it as finding solid principles and making a plan that best works for the individual
