Thank you so much Lisa! I am totally still in launch mode with my business! I previously failed because I did not have HELP! I was trying to do everything myself. I see now that I also did not do enough thinking and planning in the launch phase before. Now I know better. I have such a long way to go but I feel hopeful. I published my first book 3 years ago and with no results at all because I didn't have a presence as a writer. Since then I have been working on social networks, writing my second book and attending my daughter and son. Now I am on the way of beeing a emotional coach certificate. I have a project of personal developement, I would like to go on writing, being an inspirational speaker and create a platform of personal developement online, the problem is that I do everything alone, I have no money, and so, no help. My mental health the past few days has not been good. Normally I’m really good about just putting my head down and pushing forward in my business. I’ve always looked at other ppl who complain about where there business is and wonder, why don’t they just work harder to fix it rather than complain? But something shifted in me over the past few days and let’s just say… there’s been a lot of tears. The weight of what I’ve sacrificed this past year since I started… friendships, family, experiences… I’ve pushed it all aside and here I am today… with nothing to show for all that hard work and sacrifice. Something you said in the video about being in launch phase for 9 yrs both made me feel better, but it also terrified me. I thought I’d be so much father along after one year, but all I’ve seen is disappointment after disappointment. Failure after failure, I’m not ready to give up, not by a long shot. I guess I’m just hoping someone will tell me - CONVINCINGLY - that there WILL be a payoff. That someday, hopefully soon, all the sacrifice and worry about money will have been worth it, Ironically as I pushed ppl away to make room for my dream, now there’s no one there to reassure me in that way. A big source of the tears these past few days, for example, was the realization that I have nobody left to talk to about it. I saw you speak today at Agape, and your message really refueled my tank enough that I’ll push forward and make this work. But in a lot of ways, all I still see is the part of my tank that’s still empty. I need to figure out how to shift that focus on the stuff you put in there this morning (glass half full analogy comes to mind). Just not so easy to do when it’s so hard atm to NOT spend so much energy focusing on my “chapter 4” rather than my “chapter 24.” 😢
So thankful to have found your channel. I relate. In business 15 years published 2 books all trying to preparing as high paid speaker. I have done over 100 but never to replace hands on organizing

I'm in launch. I've always been ostracized and shamed for even having confidence (and I mean confidence as in stuff like taking regular showers and dressing presentably) because my mentally ill family who is also in a cult that I grew up in, assume arrogance of anyone who has their stuff together. It sounds like a cliché comment but I'm ineffably thankful for people like you that keep me moving when I feel cursed by betrayal and hurt. In the end, I will be wearing a golden crown standing on a pile of my dead demons, holding the withered sword I slayed them with (I am referring to inner problems, don't worry I'm not referring to literal slaughter, that would be a bit too far). I'm thankful that the light is shining in my direction. Thank you

Wow. This video and subject matter are right on time. I'm in the launch phase, and it feels so overwhelming, because I've been thinking too far ahead. That was my aha moment from the video. Realizing that I merely need to focus on the now and pace myself.
I recently finally decided to begin my coaching business, and I had no idea which way to go, and I was so fearful of messing up. Even something as simple as the name of the company has me stuck. As you said, focus on asking the questions for the current phase (which is launch for me).
Then you mentioned that the stabilizing phase is where one learns to be the CEO and leader. I needed this video today. Again, thank you. This video could not have popped up at a better time. Divine timing, indeed.

When Life called me to be a businesswoman and build a company. I had no idea what it was all about and the things I would have to learn. By the way college, church or others wouldn't teach me. Most of it was spiritual stuff, because business is spiritual. Although, its joy in starting something of your own, they don't call it war for nothing. In business you have to know when to move and when not to move. You have to know how to play your cards right. Lots of people practice divination and will steal whole ideas and energy and all kinds of greatness from people and progress themselves while others will still be trying to get it to work. Although, I have moved on from producing films which introduced me to the concept of what small business really means. The lessons I gained from the world during this phase in my life are priceless. The world does not play fair when it comes to profit and business. So, many things God will teach you are spiritual in nature concerning business. And you can only learn this by going through the process of whatever you are choosing to build in life for yourself and others.

I was a single struggling mom 17 years ago. My son is turning 18 in May 2023 and I and bless to be where I am now. thanks to your videos I am finding strengthen in myself that I never thought I had. As a mother and as a woman.
I have been in the launching mode for the past year, but I am working on the final step to finally move forward and open my business. I am not educated with a business degree, but I have been learning everything on my own. Thanks to you. I have the courage to understand that I have gotten myself to place of acknowledge that I can use in my advantage. The only thing stopping me at the moment it’s the funds, I am working on my business plan so I can get the capital that I need. What do you advice to people like me who have a dream but they don’t have the necessary funds?
