Peter, good tasting notes. I get just a whiff of smoke on the Bunna 12 for some reason. Love it and sharing with BourbonFriends, they have all loved. On my 3rd bottle. And even better is their 12 Year CS. Cheers!

Bunnahabhain 12 always gives me of a tootsie roll note on the palate. I don’t go to it much if I have Edradour 12 but it’s definitely a sip and a wonderful and affordable bottle to show up at a friends house with or as a gift.

If you get a chance get the 2022 Bunnahabain 22 year cask strength as it was one of the best releases last year.
