it's the best way to end the simulation, you get told about it if you ask around, you have to press certain objects in the Abandoned Home to enter the code to reach the Controls to the simulator, this person has evidently memorized the code.
I started a new playthrough for the first time in 8 years and I was able to "crack" it in like 2 minutes without listening to Betty! Muscle memory really kicked in and the sounds came back to me lol@@UltimateGamerCC
@@augustkraus1389 lol yeah, a lot of Speedruns have people going right into the abandoned house aka Betty's Place and input the code, just skipping to the end. as for me, i do whatever fits my character's moral alignment best.

And so it was that the Lone Wanderer ventured forth from Vault 101 intent on discovering the fate of a father who had once sacrificed the future of humanity for that of his only child.
The Capital Wasteland proved a cruel, inhospitable place, but it was not until the end of this long road that the Lone Wanderer learned the true meaning of that greatest of virtues - sacrifice. Stepping into the irradiated control chamber of Project Purity, the child followed the example of the father, sacrificing life itself for the greater good of mankind.
Thankfully, when selected by the sinister president to be his instrument of annihilation, the Wanderer refused. Humanity, with all its flaws, was deemed worthy of preservation. The waters of life flowed at last - free and pure, for any and all. The Capital Wasteland, at long last, was saved.
So ends the story of the Lone Wanderer, who stepped through the great door of Vault 101 and into the annals of legend. But the tale of humanity will never come to a close, for the struggle of survival is a war without end, and war - war never changes.

I tried a speedrun and i did it with your route, was amazing and fun!!! Just one part was extremely hard. When you need to put the grenade to the soldier that then all shoot you if all his mates don't down 😭😭😭😭 BBUT, I DID IT, A GREAT PPERSSONAL RECORD
Nice! Yeah that part is really inconsistent and sometimes it just doesn't work
I prefer not to do that part lol😂 It can be a extreme time save but then again, if it fails then that could be a time loss.
I had no idea you could skip the GOAT. My next playthrough will be so much better.
Why do speedruns always shoot Jonas with a BB in the opening?
Makes him stop talking and walk to us faster
What does the little flick to the right do while jumping?
It's called stophopping, and it basically just increases your speed while in the air (faster than walking). Kinda like bunny hopping

How does the Taft Tunnel strat work? Docter Li is never at the cididel gate, can I please get some tips and information on how it works?😂
Basically, you gotta kill the other randoms first so just Li survives. Then you engage in combat with the eyebot by punching it, which will attack you and Li. You gotta leave your fists out though, which is key to stay in combat. Then the eyebot will knock Li unconscious. If all that goes right, you can skip her terminal sequence thing and use the door from beneath that walkway, and when you exit the tunnel she should show up. It can be inconsistent at times, however
