disagree, this bungalow house is very outstanding in Bentong. I asked one construction company for price of building a new house like this one and their reply is 14 million cuz of its 18k soft size. But the land price is much cheaper than KL, the local apprasier said that won't be over 2 million. @@CXSTQI

文冬居然有这么好的地理位置，环境好优美，空气肯定比吉隆坡好多了。下雨天，肯定不用担心积水了😄。房顶加上太阳能电池板，简直完美。

Indeed flash food is a serious problem affecting living quality. I prefer the house in high land and with deep ground piles.@@ams3379
