I've had the pleasure of driving this one for a while. First thing I liked was the consumption! Very good for that size of engine. Another thing is the clearance that got me through some tough spots and I regret not taking it for a proper off road experience. Manual is work in traffic but OK on the highway. Not the most comfy but it had a Bluetooth radio at least. Also manual mirrors yet windows are electric didn't make sense. Also the carryboy rack got stuck. A very good car to tackle our country roads and didn't give me any mechanical issues in the year or so I used it
For me, this is the perfect car for a man. If the Isuzu engine sound combined with the turbo sound gives you goosebumps like it does to me, go to 19:17. Please bring the toyota Hiace super GL
In uganda kasese to fortportal way back had a very bad road. Had traveled it with different vehicles but never moved in a pick up as comfortable as this dmax.
I drove the 3l manual for sometime between dec 2019 and feb 2020 and we used to do 1300km with a full tank. these 3 litres have been around since before 2016. The tank is 80l
I remember some time back in 2017/18 we went to ngon'g race course to do test drives for Isuzu and they were good drive. I fell in love with the vehicle
Good Job Erick, kindly review the Ford Raptor, and probably rope in some after-market tuning tricks to keep the beast roaring and raring to eat tarmac ❤
finally but well, the 3.0l this second gen model and the current 3rd gen same dispensation. this particular one is the smallest version of the dual cab.
I have had a locally assembled one since 2019, and the average fuel consumption is 10km to a litre (daily commute to and from CBD) but on the highway I average 12km to the litre. Very impressive considering the engine size, capability, performance etc.
This is part of base model dmax , have seen fully loaded dmax better enterior than a hilux , i think you should visit isuzu east africa and view what they have in their showroom hii ya yard i dont trust it ,
Talking of pilots wa jaba, do they flgo for toyota juu gari ni toyota..ama ni story tu za jaba?? I can see myself in a single cab dmax with all terrain maxxis tyres. Nikiboeka naingia Ol Pejeta kuona simba
Good review. Now advice, why is it that Miraa guys don't use Isuzu but instead prefer Toyota? What's the difference between Toyota Hilux invincible, Toyota Hilux Vigo, & Toyota Hilux Revo. Thanks
Great Review Wokabi, but for a 2500cc producing 134HP? That what a premio 1800cc will produce... Actually a premio will give 143HP..... 9.5 is too much... I love your review tho
I have a premium 240 and a Dmax 4jh1 old model. Premier engine gave me problems at 190,000 kilometres. I did an overhaul. D-Max is now at 425,000km. Running like new

In uganda kasese to fortportal way back had a very bad road. Had traveled it with different vehicles but never moved in a pick up as comfortable as this dmax.
Please do the nissan navara, i dont know about Kenya but in Uganda they are the hilux’s serious competition

prices if they havent changed the one you are driving goes for about 4.8m
the 3.0l goes for 5.7m
the third gen vehicle is between 7.5m and 9m
That engine has power💪💪💪💪💪 kudos.
In Australia, many fancy the D-Max X-terrain. The highest trim in the D-Max family.
Great review as usual CK. If only you had brought it h2h against the Hilux double cab.
Plus one on this, he should give us a H2H with its Toyota counterpart.
We are working on this
Hello bwana Wokabi, doing a great job, one of these days talk about the belta 2007-2016, raum, I enjoy each show, do a review on these cars

but well, the 3.0l this second gen model and the current 3rd gen same dispensation. this particular one is the smallest version of the dual cab.
Nice review team carnversation, next kindly look on a Bentley
Good review Erick. Loving the dmax. However you didn't mention kilometres to a litre figures. Please reply to this

Apo sasa🔥🔥
Na izi single cabs hukua automatic? C mtuandalie moja? Fan request
Btw wokabi you need to bring the toyota hiace vans and the nissan nv350,we get to know the difference.
Very true on maintenance, Isuzu EA have made genuine parts available and affordable.
💯 true
Am looking forward to see a review of the VW Amarock and Toyota Landcruiser double cabin 79series
Cut out ndio ilileta shida eh?
But good review. Keep it up.
This is part of base model dmax , have seen fully loaded dmax better enterior than a hilux , i think you should visit isuzu east africa and view what they have in their showroom hii ya yard i dont trust it ,

For me,I think is still a good review, but also,we would like a review of the ISUZU MUX which is more of an SUV.
This one is coming soon
Kindly you should consider a review for Toyota Hilux Rogue
Good review... Kindly review Isuzu mux.. Thanks
Could you review the new Peugeot pickup (which borrowed design language from a certain Chinese pickup)

A great Review. Kindly do BMW X6 2017
Good review. Now advice, why is it that Miraa guys don't use Isuzu but instead prefer Toyota?
What's the difference between Toyota Hilux invincible, Toyota Hilux Vigo, & Toyota Hilux Revo.
Thanks
Toyota cult
Na pia Hilux rogue
Kwa miraa they tried it and it failed badly
I always say If your engine needs a turbo then it wasnt built properly in the first place...
Story za Jaba
To comply with euro 2 emission standards all diesel engines must have a turbo and common rail
@@martinmwangi4796 as wokabi says, tutapanda miti 100 annualy for every car😂😂😂
Dmax any day anytime 🎉
Can you please do Nissan NV200 minivan review
@wokabi
Isuzu dmax doesn't have a diff lock
Bring us the Isuzu dmax v-cross ie third generation
Hii 2.5 isuzu double cab ni poa kushinda ya Toyota Hilux 2.4 six speed
Nothing beats toyota.
Toyota is better even kwa performance
Disadvantage is mainly the price
Get a 2.8 euro 4 with 18 inches tires. From the interior to the looks utapenda
that part of dmax parts being affordable is completely wrong...enda mangu kirinyaga road and ask for the price of a clutch and pressure plate.
200k for a turbo
Wallai Toyota original parts si mchezo
D max inaisha haraka sana ukilinganisha na Hilux
N Wednesday na tunangoja Hilux mkuu😂😂😂😂😂😂nmeingojaaaa
Waiting for a review of wildtrack ford ranger
Please review suzuki sx4
Its like kuna dmax zikona zero safety features ii kenya, tell us more about that wokabi
But it's cheap
drink up when ibrah says i agree with you wokabi
What about the xrider
So will the MIRAA drivers transition to the DMAX soon because of its affordability to keep it on the road running smoothly?
It failed badly shamba ni ya hilux
Usijaribu kupatia bogua aendeshe😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.
tufanyie ya single cab
Hiyo ukipata auto itakuwa poa😊
hapa mngeleta Toyota Hilux.

There is a reason as to why the 1HZ is a 4.2 litre straight 6 produces around the same figures.. That's how they keep them reliable
I have a premium 240 and a Dmax 4jh1 old model. Premier engine gave me problems at 190,000 kilometres. I did an overhaul. D-Max is now at 425,000km. Running like new
Wokabi tuketee Frr slayqueen

Locked in kama Kawa kama dawa from 001.
Mkubwa unasahau aje cut out😂😂😂
Alot of jargon today
Yaani Mahindra Scorpio imetoa isuzu dmax kwa horsepower 😅😅
Dmax single cab
Isuzu n hilux head to head
HILUX tafadhali
Look for lsuzu tougher
pronounce "Deluxe" vizuri bana, wacha kusema vitu ambavyo haviko.
Sawa Mzungu
Fuel consumption?? How many kilometres a litre?
Navara

Good stuff..
