Celebrity Radio by Alex Belfield I’ve seen other versions with costumes and make up that does make actors and actresses look like cats. This one feels like they aren’t even trying.

They were going for a different vibe. They still look like Cats, they're just wearing clothes too lmao
This is actually a different version of the normal play, this is supposed to be set during or maybe after ww2, that's why the costumes and characters look different, the script was also altered a little bit but the main history and characters are the same
I absolutely cannot stand these costumes
The interesting thing about the costumes is they're all based on different people in World War 2, and it takes place in a train station that had been bombed. I absolutely love Munkustrap dressed as a young soldier, and Rum Tum Tugger as a 1930s hoodlum. Demeter and Bombalurina as showgirls is perfect.
