Just wanted to say I contemplated buying the Chinese knock off on Aliexpress but I ultimately decided I have too much respect for all the passionate work you guys do in supporting the R3 community and ordered both the rear unit, the relay and the halo front signals in clear versions from your store. Can't wait to receive them and install them on my 2019 Stealth black R3. Keep up the great work!

after watching the video instructions on how to install the fender eliminator, stealth plate light, and integrated tail light, I successfully installed it all in one shot, even threw on the gen 2 flasher relay.. very easy to follow videos, thanks for the great product.. there is a small blemish on the integrated tail light that is on the smooth clear plastic, probably not noticeable to the naked eye but it does make my OCD flare up a bit knowing it's there ;( other than that, I'm loving the TST product all over my new bike, thanks guys!

its not that large, and really only noticeable if youre looking up close with the ignition off.. kinda hard to get a clear focus on it with my cell camera
@TSTIndustries You guys are doing a great job making very simple videos. No further explanation necessary. Only one complaint; All the Tools used by Bart should be listed. Looking forward to purchasing Fender Eliminator and Tail Light after tools are listed. As I had really hard time installing Womet Tech and other stuff since every part has certain torque requirement and it's for guys is just started driving and does not own all the tools. Thanks!

There are things that are easier to do on a smaller bike then on a bigger bike. Like twisties. Easier to flick a light bike around and an R3 still has enough "Umph" to give an average cruiser a run for its money.

Would be better to see how it looks in the dark. Also Right now the indicator looks like it may not be too clear in the daytime especially with the flashing brakes

At that point they would only really want to know how to cycle through the break/turn signal options to suit their preferences. I just cut to the chase with my comment.

I had one of these hooked up and working on my R3, but I disconnected it to re-install the stock fender. Now I have stock turn signals but can't use the LED light for anything, including brakes. So I reconnected it as it was but now I get nothing. If I hook up the larger plug but leave the stock tail lights connected to the two smaller plugs, can I still get tail and brake lights? Any ideas?

quick question guys.... i just installed this the other day and the first time i started it all the lights worked fine. later that day i turned it on to show someone and the running light wasn't turning on but the turn signals worked. the brake lights worked then finally after cycling through turn signals and brake lights the running halo turned on... any ideas?

hey, actually i think i found whats causing it. maybe you guys have run into it. After installing the integrated Tail light i installed a Bazzaz Fuel Tuning unit. the Bazzaz instructions said to connect the 'Scotchlock' connector to the blue wire for the tail light assembly to power the bazzaz unit. so after i connected that wire i realized the problem with the tail lamp....after some head scratching i figured the bazzaz unit was pulling power from the TST lamp, i disconnected the wire from the TST harness side and connected it to the Blue wire on the body harness side and so far i haven't had the same issues... only a few times it's taken a couple seconds for the lamp to turn on.... i'm just curious now if there is a different place i can connect the bazzaz connector to, that wont affect the stop lamp at all.
Starting at 17:05, is there supposed to be that much of a gap between the top of the tail light and the panel? No worry about water getting in?
The tail light we produce has the same external geometry as the OE unit. Those gaps are the same as with the OE light. Because this light is used on several motorcycles we did not change the geometry to cater close the gaps on just one model. That would have adversely affected the fit on the other models.
can the bike, lighting components, bulbs or fuses be damaged due to hyper flash?
IMO i think it looks cool and better chance of being seen but are there vehicle code regulations ?
They will not be damaged, however some of the light programs for the signals will not operate correctly if you have hyperflash.
just imagine strobe light with hyper flash, probably give the driver behind a fvcking seizure...

No need for any special wiring. We have Y-splitters that are plug and play and enable tje very thing you are trying to achieve.

For that purpose we manufacture Y-Splitters . They feature one input from bike harness and two outputs for signal lighting. They are sold as a pair. You can get more info here: tstindustries.com/tst-yamaha-y-style-signal-harness-splitter.html
Mine doesn’t work, tail light keeps the signals solid but when I put oem back it’s normal, I will contact support tomorrow but not a recommendation
Please contact support but in the meantime just consider the fact that you wired your front signals incorrectly. Your front signal plug has a running light and signal light circuit. On your bike they are most likely wired in a configuration where your running light circuit is shorted to the signaling circuit thereby pushing current to the tail light signals and tripping them. We see this one customer bikes all the time. It's not a problem with our tail light but rather misconfigured signaling system on the bike.

What's the best light sequence, in your opinion
I personally like sequential signal and strobe alert brake. But this is a matter of personal choice, not really what is best per se.

TST, none of the program functions are working on my R3. It appears to be stuck on standard brake light with strobe turn signals, nothing happens when I press/hold the program button.
I have the clear lens with the gen 2 relay installed on my 2018 R3. All the lights function fine but I'm disappointed that I am not able to change the programs. Any advice?
Are you pressing the program button when the tail light is in just running light mode? If not then you won't be able to toggle the program. Please try that. If that still doesn't work then you can send our customer service guys a message through our website and they will make sure to get you up and running properly.

Does it always flash red/amber when you brake?
There is no amber in the brake programs. It only uses red. We have three brake programs: Standard, Strobe Alert, and Pulser. You can see the demonstration of these functions at 17:17 in this video.
Does Yzf R3 & Yzf R25 have the same installation part? Meaning they both got same size of their accessories. Its because I have R25 instead of R3 in my country.

JID01 there is a button on the black enclosure that has the word "program" by it. With key on, press it to toggle through the modes.
Hi, will the integrated tail light work with the stock signal lights? i am thinking of having this using its full functions with another led signal lights.
It can if you connect the wires correctly. It will likely not be a plug and play connection but it's pretty simple. You will connect your external signal wires into the bike's harness signal leads. Next you will need to splice the single signal wire for each side of the taillight into the positive wire of your external signals. That's it.

I was thinking on adding the led pod signals in addition to the integrated taillight for more visibility. Do you think it would be overkill?
+Pierre Visconti yeah, i just want the most visibility possible. I would do the strobe brake with sequential blinkers and the additional led pod for maximum visibility.
I think the taillight along with our pod signal kit would work well for your purpose then.
So, I'm not clear on this. Can I install and still use the integrated turn signal function and add your LED pods so they both work together?

The pulse mode for the brake light, will be illegal in most states, if not all. No Red or Blue lights may pulse on any non-government vehicle. I doubt many cops would ticket you for it, but they sure could. We all know there are some sticklers out there. Also, I just checked out your website and you guys only carry 2003 ZX6r mods and up... why do people not like hyper flash? Its easier to get noticed on the road with it
Please consider the fact that if you use a sequential signal type, the sequence takes a certain amount of time to complete for each flash cycle. If you have hyperflash each signal cycle is not long enought to light up all the signal LEDs.

Not really. You can install the taillight by itself.

So if you don't have the relay how do you install the load balancing resistors ?
Our load balancing resistors come with printed installation instructions. Typically you just follow those instructions.
Is the size of the tail light same with MT-03?
Yes. We have a separate category for the MT-03 on our website.
The pulse breaks don't make sense to me. If you're trying to break into a turn and your taillight is going all crazy it may confuse cars behind you. Seems kind of unsafe to me. Other than that the smoked ones look sick on the r3 and something I would get if I decide on the r3 over the ninja 400
The pulse modulates brightness of the brake and gets noticed by drivers behind you that may not be paying attention. You don't have to use that function if it is not what you want to use, but it's there within the programs if you decide that is what you want. The taillight gives you three different brake modes to choose from so the choice is yours. Our Ninja 400 taillight will have the same programmable options. TSTindustries I understand the purpose of the pulse function I just feel there's a lot of idiots on the road and it'll confuse people lol. Just my opinion. I do like the breaking Option where it pulses about 3 or 4 times then goes solid. That's probably the one I would use.

The pre-order event was a huge success and we sold out of our first batch rapidly. We are in the process of assembling more of these lights and will post updates on our blog page about this product ( tstindustries.com/blog/2015-yamaha-yzf-r3-fz-07-integrated-tail-light/ ). We stopped shipping to Brasil because of many delivery issues. Basically anytime we sent something there it was a loss for us. This setup will fit on an FZ07 without any other parts needed. We shot that video already. It just needs to be finalized and it will be posted here on RUclips shortly.

is it weird that I like hyper flash?
Just know that if you use the sequential program for the signals then with hyperflash the sequence will not complete because with a faster flash rate there isn't enough time to go through each signal sequence.
