Idk what the people who say that Warlord "doesn't fit with the artstyle" are on about. I genuinely had no idea that Warlord wasn't in the base game until you said so. The art style is almost an exact match.

Darkest Dungeon as a franchise (calling it that cuz of the 2nd game being there now) has had a huge impact on me, mentally and online. I love so much about both games, the atmosphere, lore, music, its just so dang good. I want to hug Chris Bourassa and the rest of the team for their amazing effort into both games. DD1 workshop hatred is so weird to me. I get there’s a lot of nsfw mods but then there’s also pretty good class mods or QoLs. I see there's another fellow Stedlinik art enthusiast, i am a furry not by virtue of liking antropomorphic animals alone, but the artstyle and narrative some of the people in the circle and various platforms art takes can showcase, and by the grace of gold, stedlinik has some of the best stuff the community offers.
DD2 is the worst and devs brought nothing of importance from the first game,the intense dungeon traveling with possible traps and decisions making is gone and the voice actor brought relief from the dread but in the sequel its constant yapping and i don't even pay attention anymore plus i don't want to marathon the entire game to get to a boss its tedious. Even if it was DD 1.5 it would have been better
