- Patrick Janelle has dreamed of living in a classic New York loft ever since moving to the big city, with a vision of something airy and light with a hint of industrial chic. A few years down the line he found the perfect place to make his dream a reality, so it was time to start decorating.
Like many of us, Patrick loves neutral tones. These versatile shades are incredibly popular and it’s easy to see why - they’re subtle but still impact the way a room feels. Patrick just needed a little help unleash their potential so called one of our Colour Consultants.

This place is stuning! It's what I would call Farmhouse minimalist. Which I love the table dining room and Kitchen is amazing. Your Bedroom and closet etc. The bar... well it's and Alcoholics dream. I not a fan, but to each his own. All it all it's an amazing space.

Love that the home office is located next to the kitchen. I gotta be close to the kitchen …. not only to cook but to look at its gorgeousness.
Though I am thoroughly happy with our apartment in every way, seeing Patrick’s place makes me want to change things up around here! We also painted the window and surrounding frames in a slate blue/black… Evey guest that enters our space says they can’t wait to get home and do the same. I just love everything about how Farrow & Ball bring newness and vision to everything they do‼️
The Skimmed Milk White was really nice. You can tell it has something in it. The slight green is great! 1:47 shows it. All the whites are perfect but what is behind him in his office??! That looks interesting. It looks faded at his shoulders & kind of olive. 😍 Tins ceilings wow. I've been in a few. This is a true classic Soho Loft.
His liver is screaming “Help me!”

Very cool. I have a similar style of apartment with lots of brick and just painted the whole thing in Wimborne White. Just slightly creamy and it feels so warm while still reading as white and not yellowy cream or off-white. It's heavenly!

I loved the cocktail bar until I realized it was taking the place of what would normally house books, of which he has around ... 15? I wouldn't notice the lack of books if it weren't for the cocktail bar, honestly.

Beautiful apt, love the different whites and one green. Bathroom is great, nice budget toilet and the chandelier in your office is wow but your liquor takes up too much space, never seen so much liquor in a apt, but to each his own. Nice minimalistic bright apt

If for me, would have optedfor a white with soft pink shimmering thru for a bit more warmth and responding the red brick wall. Have had partly marble counter tops for decades, where's a new kitchen without that fashion hit?
The appartement has such awkward sized spaces, they realky pulled it all together with an overall sense of comfort and serene welcomingfeeling, though the greenwhite underlines a bit of businesslike coolness.
