I began meditating and doing shadow work one year ago. My connections are getting stronger. Interestingly, I have become toning almost sonic sounds every time I feel joy and peace within. I feel connected to Lemuria . Lovely session here thank you I now understand why I feel pushed or guided to tone. I have been doing this alone secretly. I thank my guides for directing me to this video. ❤
