Man I like how you’re different from most sikhs, also recognising the other Bhatts and Saints that are in SGGS, not just prioritising the 10 gurus. It’s rare these days to see a Sikh preacher whose lens aren’t just limited to just the 10 gurus and other Sikh Punjabs (this comment is not an attack on them, they deserve extreme respect), but also to other figures and examples from other faiths and cultures, to ultimately connect everyone into the all-inclusive truth. Very nice talk. As a student of Advaita, I for first time via this well articulated Satsang experienced the similarities of Guru Nanakji’s (who I revere) wisdom, resonate along with what India’s other great spiritual masters like Ramana Maharishi, Adi Sankara (viveka chudamani). It gave me a peace & hope to see that these great souls knew the same truths, and spoke it in different languages over time. 🕉️ 🪷🙏🏼 Thank you!
I grew up in Muslim household and fascinated by these kind of spiritual teachings. Learning more and more that the higher wisdoms don’t conform to dogma. It goes beyond and connect us all .
They indeed are the SAME! ੴ = 1 without a second Brahman, These verses were specifically of KABIR who is also speaks the same message, and some message is spoken by the 20+ masters in the Guru Granth Sahib who were from all around India from different parts some speaking Hindi, others Punjabi, some Marathi, or Braj, Arabic, etcc
“Love one another. Without love there is no lasting peace.” “Why is the ocean greater than all the lakes, rivers and streams? Because it lies lower than them.” Love, humility, and to serve one another, what more do we need?
Entire panth was stolen from Kabir and others before. They took scriptures of others, called it their own to fool masses and all others were within the family of gurus, as young as 5 yrs old, then 9. Imagine that happening today when access to information is easily available. It's a fraud sufi-sikhi-taqyia system.
As a point of view from a person who has suffered trauma after trauma. I fight a battle every day. No soon has a storm stopped, another has erupted. That has been my life in a nutshell. Waheguru is my only Support, My only Trust, and the only one who can help me overcome all the dilemmas I have faced. Satam Siri Waheguru Ji.
I’ve been experiencing similar issues with trauma, panic and anxiety. You’re strong for continuing to fight and push. Continue down this spiritual path and do not let doubt control your mind. If you haven’t yet, I’d also suggest seeking professional psychological and therapeutic aid if possible. Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh 🙏
Wonderful talk! The habituated attention is so much outwards, that it takes regular listening to spiritual wisdom to turn within and see the truth. Also listening to the same wisdom coming from different schools of thought, helps silence the conflicted intellect. Spiritual masters of Vedanta, Buddhism, and Sikhism pointing in the same direction calms the intellect and gives the resolve to turn attention within. Thank you, Bhai Satpal Singh ji! 🙏
Nowadays people are fighting for power & greed, we're grabbing all materialised items, not being practical, in a nutshell we fail to listen to our hearts, what does my heart actually want? Tqvm veerji 🙏 Waheguruji is in us, within us 🙏🥰 WJKKWJKF ❤

You are walking a very narrow path of reality, rather than worshipping a wide path of culture. I believe this is the path Nanak walked. The one that dared to say things like, “let me teach you how to be a better Hindu” etc… learning the message behind all the metaphors. There are so many simple maxims that hold several interpretations, and this will always make a diamond appear as a rock. I’ve also washed up on the shore, then lost my grip, but remembered nevertheless… I’ve found the inner truth and everything you’re saying is absolutely right. Waheguru 🙏🏾
Thank you Bhai sahib ji for sharing this video. I hardly see any kathavachak to take live questions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I call it as eye opener video.

The mind is an empty space or blank tape which has recoded material from our past..and is in constant playback. If you fast forward or rewind the same data is played. The mind can't look inside where there is memory error filling all recorded space. Nothing is outside the mind without a subject or object so we are uselessly trying to fight our way out of a wet paper bag. What purpose does it serve except to anxiety and frustration. Even when we know this intellectually we are still trapped emotionally from the ever tormented past. I love the Idea of searching your own heart everyday to eradicate the memory error so new information an be properly utilized for practical use. It reminds me of the 7th Ch. of the Lotus Sutra "The Phantom City" it only last for a day or two of rest in the illusions of the mind and then the true journey of mind reality must continue to find the hidden treasure which is never outside of us. Otherwise it's fools gold.
The mind has to be trained and controlled. Some are stuck in today, some are stuck in the past and others on the dreams of the future. The mind doesn’t resist wisdom, it has to be directed towards it. By controlling our senses it will come. Fear, anger, anxiety, lust, all these play a factor. We have to respect the divinity within us. As a child you are have to be taught how to be good, being bad comes naturally. In the end it takes work.
Spiritual people see the truth of the fact the Kingdom every one begs and prays for, is truly within and all around themselves. Every living creation, has an aura. Even the trees. Even you❤ as soon as the wisdom of the living Truth sets you free. Nothing else, outside of you in this entire U-ni(in)-VERSE, will do. Until you find that greater "i am", within your own h-eart ❤

I appreciate all the things you have said there , except there being no free will. Everytime someone does something , his/ her conscience alerts him (this is very subtle) and the person often overlooks this (due to the vasanaas being more powerful). I think while I agree 100% of our thoughts are generated by gods will , we have also a brain to decide what’s right and what’s wrong . The wrong decision carry a weight of karma , which then lead to the manifestation of good life and bad life .. I would like some conflicting views with some logic on this please .. 🙏🏽
@@jatsher if we do not have the power to act then what we do cannot be good or bad , isn’t it ? It is the will of the akaalpurakh in that sense . This way we come back to square one again - i.e., there is no Free Will. My argument is that I am not sure if the above is true, since my conscience always , however very subtly tells me to not do something since it’s wrong to do , but rhen the mind takes its course and I do some bad regardless . (Sometimes for example we justify it to ourselves and say - well everybody does it !!.) So when my conscience alerts me, is it me making the choice ?? Is that my free will that I acted upon my minds command and couldn’t resist the temptation .? Can I by choice learn to live my life , or am I always a slave to God’s will .?
If I feel that I have the power to choose right or wrong then it's like believing that I know better than the Lord. The Lord Self enables us to pick the right and He Himself leads us towards temptations. That is why we pray lead us not into temptations but deliver us from evil. It has be a total surrender to the Lord. O Lord I have rendered my life into Your hands now on lead it as per your will. Give me strength to change things that I can and provide me power to change that I want and WISDOM to know the difference. ❤❤

I don’t understand what exactly is “reality”. I thought everything we see and experience in the universe isn’t reality but a delusion. Can someone please clarify?
Reality is god and god is unseen, but pervading and permeating in his creation. But his creation is temporary/illusion or bound to death / time but God is beyond time . Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki Fateh 🙏
59:35 If there is no free will then why does God let bad things happen in the first place? What’s the point of us being here just watching the show and not contributing to anything? Why should everyone try to learn spirituality to be one with the God as He decides and knows everything about everyone?

@@SimonPersey @jollyrancher1374 RUclips search for inhale word waheguru will find a gurdwara in England that constrained on gathering the nectar that comes from the nose and eyes... they use only the word waheguru with no "m" word ...
Inhale wahe
Exhale guru
They found the inhale word also ...
But have forgotten satna"m"
Have you gotten the sweet nectar from nose and eyes???
Do this tech for two weeks in fog by a river and you will receive the nectar...
The word will wash you
Doing a full waheguru as your inhale word and a "m"word on the exhale... changes the ph of the water... this changes the surface tension of the water...which is why it flows from the eyes...and does no form drops..
It also allows access to the oxygen on your tongue...oxygen is sweet ......

Unlocking the gems within your mind
Very nice talk. As a student of Advaita, I for first time via this well articulated Satsang experienced the similarities of Guru Nanakji’s (who I revere) wisdom, resonate along with what India’s other great spiritual masters like Ramana Maharishi, Adi Sankara (viveka chudamani). It gave me a peace & hope to see that these great souls knew the same truths, and spoke it in different languages over time. 🕉️ 🪷🙏🏼
Thank you!
Well said Sir
“Love one another. Without love there is no lasting peace.” “Why is the ocean greater than all the lakes, rivers and streams? Because it lies lower than them.” Love, humility, and to serve one another, what more do we need?
Beautiful analogy!
So "SET-APART" gem, in but certainly Not of this world.
You are most fortunate to have been guided here.
Promise
I am saying it again. I am getting much more understanding of Guru's wisdom. Thankyou Thankyou. GURFETAH
Your presentaton brings the hope for univarsal humanity.
Dhan Dhan Gursikh Pyaario!
A most beautiful spiritual discourse

Profound expressions of the truth.

Thanks for watching!
kabir, a man claimed, by Hindu and by Muslim, but a man who walked by the unbeaten path. I listened to this with interest. Thank you.
Nanak naam put my mind to peace . Every single day , many times I am listening to these videos. 🙏

You are simply the best life coach for us. ❤❤❤
I’ve also washed up on the shore, then lost my grip, but remembered nevertheless…
I’ve found the inner truth and everything you’re saying is absolutely right.

Waheguruji ❤
Love your work!❤
The mind has to be trained and controlled.
I've addiction of Prabhu Naam :)
thank you

Benti sat Sangat ji, please help me find a video from Nanak naam. I believe it was regarding Guru Nanak Ji when he uses elements of accountant as an analogy and teaching, where he breaks down things like how we should burn our attachment to maya like how martial is burned to make the ink, the ash left over is the ego, that ash is typically grinded to make the ink like ho, use the pen that represents truth and paper that reflects something else, i have forgot fully but I remember it was in a video from here please help 🙏🏽🙏🏽
@nanak naam
Hi, you can also use our Facebook Community group to search: facebook.com/groups/nanaknaam

I’m just curious What is a significant of Nanak naam logo ?
GurBani written by All gurus contains word Nanak, means Bani is being bestowed by Almighty through Nanak.
How to practice though? Especially with anxiety how to sit down
I would start with breathing and focus on the lord. It takes time to train the mind. Why do you have anxiety. You can only let something worry you , if you let it.
@@colorguppies Agree with what you say but its easier said than done. When the negative thoughts start to form, and you start going in the rabbit hole, it gets tough to get out.
To you my friend, I don't know. I have seen that I take the meditative road when I am already in the midst of negativity and emotional turmoil. What I am trying to employ is meditating daily, so that when the time gets tough there is already a foundation. And as @colorguppies suggested tackling the problem also help
I would try to live in the present. Yesterday has passed, tomorrow hasn't come

You do not have the power to act. But we have the Awareness to know what we have done was good or bad. This is how I understand it.
(Sometimes for example we justify it to ourselves and say - well everybody does it !!.)
So when my conscience alerts me, is it me making the choice ??
Know thyself to be one fine you

I don’t understand what exactly is “reality”. I thought everything we see and experience in the universe isn’t reality but a delusion. Can someone please clarify?
Reality is god and god is unseen, but pervading and permeating in his creation.
But his creation is temporary/illusion or bound to death / time but God is beyond time .

If there is no free will then why does God let bad things happen in the first place?
What’s the point of us being here just watching the show and not contributing to anything?
Why should everyone try to learn spirituality to be one with the God as He decides and knows everything about everyone?
