When I had my molars out I got all 4 at the same time. When I came out from the anesthesia I vaguely remember not being able to talk so I motioned for the purple brand paper and pen, and asked what time it was on the paper, then they told me to wait like 10 minutes to fully come out of it and I closed my eyes and then woke back up and it was an hr later lol
