Hi Ricky, that "horrible fingering" at 2:32 for the A chord is actually very good. You need your smallest fingers there to fit the one fret. I use it easily all the time and let my pinkie lift up and hammer the C# note and even play the D note, easy as pie. Now, I know most rock and blues don't need this and so they barre it with the first finger. What is horrible is using your three largest fingers. They don't fit well. Folks need to learn to use their pinkie properly, and it will open up more possibilities. 🙂

How E A and D shaped Major chords become minor shapes, and by using the same logic they become barre chords.
