In contrast, 7.8% of Hindu Scheduled Tribes own only 3.7% of the country's assets. According to a UN report, one third of India's Dalits remain poor. The Agricultural Census of 2015-16 reported that Dalits own only about 9% of the total agricultural land.
It is true that many people who oppose reservation tend to be silent when incidents of caste discrimination or violence against Dalits and other marginalized communities take place. However, they are often very vocal when there is a debate about removing reservation. There are a few possible explanations for this. First, some people who oppose reservation may not actually care about the well-being of Dalits and other marginalized communities. They may simply see reservation as a threat to their own privilege or opportunities. Second, others may believe that incidents of caste discrimination or violence are rare or isolated events, and that they do not represent the reality of life in India. Third, still others may be afraid to speak out against caste discrimination, for fear of being ostracized or retaliated against. Whatever the reason, the silence of people who oppose reservation in the face of caste discrimination is deeply troubling. It shows that many people in India are still unwilling to acknowledge the problem of caste, or to take responsibility for addressing it. It is important to note that there are also many people who oppose reservation who are genuinely concerned about the well-being of Dalits and other marginalized communities. They may believe that reservation is not the best way to address caste discrimination, or that it has become counterproductive. However, they are still willing to speak out against caste discrimination and to work for a more just and equitable society. This is where you're wrong sir, let me explain :- 1. There are no reservation except seniority based in promotions under govt. jobs. 2. Those who already profited from reservations will not go for government job again because it's biggest drawback is frequent transfers that seriously affects your social and educational life but most importantly every youngster from middle/lower-middle class I know and knew always wanted to go for private jobs(IT, petroleum industry, Medical(even nurses are paid more than IAS here). 3. Look at the level of competition in exams now, 98% candidates don't even have enough IQ to achieve success here competition is between only remaining 2% and more people are going after career in social networking sites, just look at how many youtubers were ex govt. Officers/aspirants and now they have more lucrative career than they ever imagines. @@DrakeTheDragonDude And that, for the most part, has already been addressed. You say that it is about the caste but still, it is affecting the individual. What are you trying to say? And from the way you are using oppressed and oppressing words who rather support casteism by highlighting those words even though they are irrelevant in today's world. The best way to get rid of casteism is to get rid of caste and to do that we must treat everyone equally, and by everyone I literally mean everyone. That is why I believe if we are to give aid to people in poverty we should create a system that focuses on the individual rather than their caste. Like for example, give aid to a person who is poor and after he gets rich and has sustainable wealth, take the aid away so that his/her children can't misuse it since they will be born in a family that is no longer poor.

Why can’t people realise that by removing reservation we are not saying ST, SC, etc., cannot get the opportunity? It just levels the ground for everyone.
Simple logic, subcastes which are deprived of the reservations that are given to that caste category, due to the few privileged subcastes in the same Reservation category enjoying the reservations IS THE MAIN REASON THAT RESERVATIONS HAVEN'T MADE ANY DENT IN IMPROVING THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY NEED IT, at the ground level. It's no longer about upper vs lower caste, which is the basis of the vote bank caste politics these politicians like to play for their own gain. It's all about privileged people (irrespective of the castes ST, SC, OBC) enjoying the reservations at the cost of all the underprivileged people belonging all ST, SC, OBC or general category. That's all that matters. Getting everyone out of the underprivileged status and providing them a decent standard of living and facilities necessary to grow and develop IS THE MAIN GOAL OF RESERVATIONS. BUT THE CASTE POLITICS THESE POLITICIANS PLAY DOESN'T DO ANYTHING GOOD TO ACTUALLY IMPROVE THE SITUATION. Just a very small example of a reservation category MLA's children are enjoying reservations and have the privilege for better facilities .. will obviously use reservation at the cost of poor underprivileged students in the same category. This is the root cause, which obviously rhe politicians want to hide .. as for them it is beneficial personally as well as it is beneficial to divide and rule just like the British did.
You should also make a video on 2021 census. Why is Bharatiya Janata Party not able to conduct census before the elections? You people are just licking the feet of the ruling government. You did not protest when 15% upper caste got 10% EWS reservation, but when the lower caste asked for reservation in the same proportion, then that is casteism.

The concept of Caste division itself is not Indian, it's a superimposition of Spanish/Portuguese caste system and English Class system on India, with the objective of dividing the natives and use them against each other while English hold power and work as a mediator. Caste was a pyramid scheme which Europeans sold to Indians via their English imposition in Indian society to divide Indians into groups/ghettos and make them fight with each other.
It is important to have a respectful and open dialogue about the issue of reservation, and to listen to the perspectives of all sides. However, it is also important to hold people accountable for their silence, and to demand that they speak out against caste discrimination whenever and wherever it occurs.

And from the way you are using oppressed and oppressing words who rather support casteism by highlighting those words even though they are irrelevant in today's world.
The best way to get rid of casteism is to get rid of caste and to do that we must treat everyone equally, and by everyone I literally mean everyone.
It is important to have a respectful and open dialogue about the issue of reservation, and to listen to the perspectives of all sides. you talked about how having a caste census can ensure that the communities who were earlier given the benefits of reservations and are now well-off, can be removed from the reserved list and other communities can be added. But in a nation like India where several communities (we all know which) have rioted, looted, and resorted to often extreme forms of violence to guarantee reservations for themselves, even when they are one of the richest and socially and politically stable communities, which community will take their striking off from the reserved list without giving a strong fight?

Govt should help the people who are economically backward...to uplift from the extreme proverty. Everyone ( general , st,sc,obc, tribals no tribals) should get this benifit. And the enrollment in the educational sectors should be on the basis of merits and talents.
A simple solution for everyone.
Gov won't do that
I support caste census ❤
Yes we need Caste Census ❤
We never forget Mata nageli
Completely remove reservation, problem solved. Initiate economic benefits for the poor by giving fee concessions and actually improving education system. All this Bullshit will lead to inevitable collapse.
Castism ✅ Reservation ❌

Stop the discrimination, I don't need reservation.
If elimination of Reservation didn't happen soon. And worse if it increased. India will see the worst situation it has since independence.
You can't suppress the deserving for long time.
विनाशकाले विपरीत बुद्धि।
True for empires too. When intelligence are against anything it destroys it always
*Talking as if there's one hundred percent reservation. The obcs are equally intelligent. Are the the 75% intellectuals sleeping. Dont try to shift the blame of selfishness of your leaders on reservation.*
@@prajakt0789 If reservation is not based on financial condition but Caste then It simply means reservation is being given to those who are stupids, if it were to be given to less privileged then the parameters should not be by birth but by finances and/or occupation.
@@thepathakarpit You don't understand the concept of representation through reservation. Calling entire community stupid your intellect is highly questionable. Elect better learned representatives. Reservation is not the problem. Resources eating leaders are.
@@prajakt0789 I am just saying what is.
@@thepathakarpitaccording to you they are stupids which is because your ancestors didn't treat them as humans for many years. Have compassion for your fellow citizens. They are not against you. They want to be part of the society and thrive.🙏
