Irving Berlin: Alexander's Ragtime Band Arranger: McLeod The Tarnished Brass Quintet of Colorado, recital on 6/13/2018 at Arvada United Methodist Church.
How sad! 100% correct and 100% stone dead. You can hear immediately when musicians are READING the music. They need to learn it. Then throw away the sheet music and STAND UP and play it like they might be enjoying it. It could be hot but it is about as warm as a fake smile.
We knew that was a problem. We tried but couldn't fix it "in the mix". At least he did a great job! Dave Ellis was our substitute trombone player that night.
Brings my memories in high school in band class 🥰 take me back to these golden days
I have to do this for Solo&Ensemble and I am so excited to play the Trombone part!
The Lady Trumpet absolutely makes this video! 👍🎶🎺🎶👍
I'm the tuba guy and group leader. Thanks for the kind comments and especially for not pointing out the bar I dropped. 🤫
