Your apartment hunting vlogs are so nice to watch and informative. I also like that I can scrub the timeline and use your whiteboard as a visual marker for the next place or summary of the prior place. The term "penthouse" is often misused in real estate. The places can be tiny but on the top floor, hence a 'penthouse' space. It's word play.

At the time this video was posted I was planning on moving into one of the buildings so it wasn’t a smart idea to include which one preemptively for safety concerns!
