When I saw the news a few days back , I immediately rushed down . Not all the stalls were open . I had the Teochew Style Red Grouper Fish , tasted nice but they forgot to put sour plums . Will go down again to try the other stalls .
They are only landlord investors who collect rent every month. The ones who make the food should be the highlight. The way successful coffeeshops earn money is when they have 1-2 very popular stalls. Then the rest of the stalls will keep changing stall owners forfeiting their security deposits. If the boss expect all stalls to do good, then there will not be enough seats for all stalls to do good.
