Cracking video as always Mate. I woke one morning in the January of 2014 in agony and it took me two hours to get out of bed and down the stairs . My mother got an ambulance out for me as I had by now started being sick on her clean kitchen floor. I was surprised to find that I had three vertebrae had exploded during the night through osteoporosis which was caused by meds that I was on . Then I got a bigger suprise when I was told that I was going back home that night as I was capable of walking , despite the pain and disabilities it was causing. I wasn't given any advice from the doctor or sent to see a physio. So I took the painkillers as told to by the nurse at the hospital and after a few days rest and total boredom, I decided to get out for short walks in the garden and then over to the old footy pitch with the dog and got myself built up and back to full health as best I could with my life long health issues allow . Now I am laid up with a knackered knee after surgery and being told that I can't get back to work because of the insurance policy. So now I am doing the short walks again and looking at new career options now that I can't do the security dog handler work anymore. My nephew has been great as he comes in on a morning and gets my joggers on for me and then comes in after school and cooks my tea for me and has now started cooking tea for his mother and himself. He's a completely different Lad now since changing school to get away from the bullies and started camping with me . Hopefully I will get myself out for longer walks to fittish again and hopefully out camping again. This prescription nature is a great thing and the NHS should take notice of the Japanese and use it fully . It will save themselves a lot of work and money and really help a lot of people with medical and mental health issues. Sorry about the ramble and thanks for sharing your adventures.
