6th in rest deficit? Naw, it's higher than that for sure... but I agree the rest deficit isn't the biggest factor to look at in the schedule. It's a data point. It's not overwhelming. There are definitely things that could be worse.
Love you guys but Lowell holds Purdy in higher regard because he witnessed Montana and he knows you don’t need all this technically stronger arm, velocity etc…you know what matters most…how he gels and leads the players and how well he makes decisions especially in crunch time. It's funny that NOBODY brings up a scheduling favor when your team wins. If your team wins it's 100% due to your team being better. EVERYBODY knows that.
But if your team loses a game it's because of the weather (Trey Bears game). It's due to bad scheduling. It's due to travel time. It is never due to the other team being better.
PS The Bears Fields scored 3 TD in that same weather. Not a single Trey worshipper acknowledges that.

Grant acting like us being a -21 days rest and the ravens having +17 days rest is no big deal is wild. Its a 38 day difference in rest during a 4 month season and our team is old. I'm not saying the league hates us, i think thats just the way the cookie crumbled, but it is a big disadvantage
How is there 38 day difference in rest?
This narrative is being tossed around but not explained.
If you play a day earlier one week you get 1 extra day of rest the next week. Are we playing 5 games in 2 weeks? Where are these extra days from that somehow aren't given back later in the schedule.

I know it's not actually 38 days less rest than the Ravens, I'm just saying it's wild that our opponents have so much rest against us all year. It's obviously skewed because we are playing 4 teams coming off byes and I believe the Ravens have 0. I'm not saying it's the biggest deal, but it's also not nothing, and I don't think its fans just crying the nfl hates us.. Especially with the age and injury history of our team.

It's what happens when you play 4 teams coming off a bye when the Ravens play 0. It's not hard to understand how that's a disadvantage. Would you rather play 4 teams after a week off or 0. I'm not saying the nfl hates us. Like I said it's just the way the schedule landed, but it is a disadvantage. The reason people haven't talked about it in years past is because it is getting worse and worse every year with games being played 6 days of the week, some teams having to play 2 Thursday games now and having 75 different streaming services that carry games. I'm just saying eventually a team is going to raise a stink if they are playing 2 Thursday games and 4 teams coming off a bye, when other teams have 1 Thursday game and no teams coming off byes. Also we are playing the Chiefs at home again, not because the nfl is screwing them like you seem to think, but because last time we played them it was because we played the AFC West, this year it is because it is 1st place division scheduling, that shit has been set in stone since the end of the regular season last year, the nfl schedule makers have nothing to do with that

Brock is a superbowl champion if just a few things go the Niners way (Greenlaw injury, punt fumble, Feliciano injury, Mccaffery not fumbling, and atleast one or two fcn holding calls made against KC on those critical 3rd downs. For real. I always say if I became a millionaire, nobody would even know because not much woupd change. I'd fix my house up. (Maybe buy land and build one) Pay off my debts and continue with life as I live it. Biggest change would be I'd probably leave my current job and go do something for the love of it and not the pay.
