The issue with designrr is apart from finding it hard to use, it was not easy as advertised. And my main bug bear is they garnish your account yearly so if you don't use it make sure you unsuscribe and close your account. I didn't notice they were charging me for three years. Until tonight when I saw my account had been accessed. They invoice and bill you at the same time then its hard work to get refunded. I gave up using it after two weeks and being busy. I didn't register the fact that I had to unsuscribe to stop the payments and being busy did not notice it. I was expecting it to be easy and quick as advertised. It did not live up the promise from my point of view.

I would immediately call and contact my bank and simply say *I hadn't realized until NOW that my account had kept being accessed for funds I had unsuscribed from on such & such a date* and let them see if they can then refund you some of your missing money.
This has been my experience as well. The low entry price ($27) is a way to get people to pay for a trial. I was looking for a way to add colored fonts in my book. I asked Help after reading a help article indicating that a change to a font would change the entire book. I asked specifically if there was a way around this. I got referred back to the article I had read and I received an email saying they assumed this answered my question. Interestingly, I found a way to make some text a different color than the rest of the book. I found my formatting was lost (pagination, headings, etc...) in importing my book and my images were cropped. And the editing interface is very clunky. Thanks for your warning -- I went back and checked to make sure I had no subscriptions. And, yes that was clunky, too.
Beware because for 27$ you can’t export epub, pdf only and flip. I bought the 27$ and maybe I will get a refund because the basic Canva can also do in the free version
The writing in Designrr is not as flexible as chatgpt even though it relies on chatgpt to do writing. There's a lot of editing and refining the writing if you want the content to be good and smart.

So one way you could use Designrr is to take the content you've written for your blog and create an eBook lead magnet that you can give away to visitors in exchange for their email addresses. Building an email list is essential for growing your business because once you get them on your email list you can send them emails alerting them to new content on your blog and also run promotions to your subscriber list for products that you personally recommend. You can also take that lead magnet eBook and convert it into a flipbook that's embedded on your website. Flipbooks are interactive and sharable. I primarily use Desginrr to create PDF eBooks that I give away as lead magnets. Since then, I've also upgraded to a higher-tiered plan in order to use their RUclips video to PDF feature since I make a lot of RUclips videos. I cannot support this software at all. Have purchased it. Its incredibly slow, messes up your formatting and support is well meant but in reality non existing. Waste of money.
Surprisingly, I've written 2 comments, asking for help to understand why the 27 Dollars plan and standard. Still haven't gotten any answers from their RUclips after how long
the company seems to be run by 2 -3 guys and has nearly no technical support . They do give you most your money back if you ask for a refund. and you do get it in 1 business day but they take out around $7 - $15 dollars from your fee.... This would be a great software but it needs a reall CS system and get rid of all the problems.
Looks like it might be fine for quick ebooks on affiliate marketing or something like that, but what about serious in-depth non-fiction? How accurate is the information it can dig up, and how well does it put it together?

It's mainly meant for eBooks. I suppose you could download the PDF and try to get that printed. I recommend reaching out to their support team to see what they say because I'm sure other people have asked. Head over to their webpage and click on the blue chat icon to start a conversation.
You would need a Pro or higher plan to create a .mobi / ePub or Kindle eBook. That being said, you could try and use a free file converter. But I'm not sure how effective that is as I don't use Designrr for Amazon KDP. If you have any other questions, go to designrr.io, click on the chat icon and speak directly to their customer service team.
Hi Joe, my apologies for the delayed response. You can still get the one-time payment even after it expires. Try opening up the link in an incognito window and that should work. Or you can clear your cache and try it that way. Hope that helps!

Hi Daniel, I haven't evaluated Sqribble so I can't give you an opinion on it. Designnr is very easy to use and is constantly being updated. The support has been great. I have no complaints about it and recently upgraded my plan. Designrr has a comparison blog post that might interest you. Granted it's written by them, but they bring up important points to consider. You can use Designrr to build ebooks for Amazon KDP, but this feature is only available on their Pro Plan (not the Standard Plan). The Pro Plan will allow you to export your projects to Kindle, iBooks, ePub.
A friend of mine just told me that most PDFs can convert to mobi files. She says she uses a free tool at convertio.co/pdf-mobi/ . Might be worth checking out to see if it works for you, especially if you're on a budget.
Well, there's no guarantee. She said "most" PDFs can be converted to mobi files. So I guess that would depend on the PDF size, etc. I believe the $27 one time price comes with a 30 money back guarantee. So you could get it and immediately test it out to see if it works.
Quite confused about the difference between Basic (of 27 Dollars) and the other Plans (standard, etc). Please help me understand the difference. The 27 dollars isn't tied to a period of use, bu-t 29 dollars is a month. Does that mean my buyers and i cannot access stuff after a month?
