I know right?!. Unfortunately donuts are not healthy. They make belly bloated af as they are not good for gut flora..also they make gain weight quickly but I know they're tasty😋

As for me I want to stay size small but also I got food allergies and get bloated. I hope other people realize that too that donuts ( are delish ) but not healthy 🤔
