Transfer that water to another aerated circulating tank, and feed with algae for 30 days, near the 30 days add finely ground shell for the spat to attach to. You now have tiny oysters.
good in theory, in practice..? not so much, the genetic diversity of life is required to stop disease etc. and grow faster, is only one trait that is strong, while other traits will be weak. this is the sad reality of what you are doing, sorry.
