Hey Zor there’s 2 more locations in sonic unleashed left Apotos and Eggmanland. I recommend doing Apotos and Windmill isle next. It is based on Greece, mainly the island of Mykonos and the city of Santorini. It is the first level in the game and a lot of people would describe it as one of the most iconic first levels in sonic games.

See, the thing about Sonic Unleashed, is that the night stages are slow because you control Sonic, but he has been corrupted partially in the opening cutscene and is much, much, slower, you can still speed through the level, but exploration is encouraged.
The Gamelan is, from what i gathered from Wikipedia a few weeks back, technically a collection of instruments, but when you hear it mentioned casually it'll usually be a large xylophone-like thing (metallophone wikipedia says) of big metal plates and i think also a metal hammer. That'll be the bellish, xylophonish thing.

Hiya Zor! There is no jungle joyride in generations but i think your getting confused with the egg dragoon boss fight theme! Thats a boss in generations and unleashed, coming from unleashed first though, the Egg dragoon is a mech eggman is seen in around the end of the game and one of the final unleashed bosses, that boss theme is so catchy! You totally gotta get around to it sometime!
Looking up trivia. Apparently, internal data within the game files refer to Adabat as simply "SouthEastAsia" so that's definitely the specific inspiration for Adabat as a whole including Jungle Joyride.
I know u’ve already seen all of the Holaska themes but u should check this one out. It’s cool edge night but in Jun Senoue’s style. (He’s is one of the guitarist who helps compose a lot of the Sonic soundtracks and most Sonic fans know his work just by hearing it alone.) Jungle joyride day, the stage theme, takes a long time to build up because the stage is incredibly long. Even with a really good player, it can easily go for more than five minutes, an average play through is about seven minutes.

Yeah, you're pretty much right about Adabat's inspiration, it is inspired by Southeast Asia (more specifically Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia)
