Finally kind of caught up with this series, and I just want to mention that Shaman Stone is, at least in my opinion, the second most overpowered charm in the game, and for a lot of people later in the game, especially speedrunners, it's by far the best. Maybe it won't suit you since you rarely cast spells, but the amount of damage they deal when used correctly is absurd, and in fact for speedruns it's the only charm ever equipped in the whole run for any% no major glitches. A lot of newer players don't like to use spells because they'd rather save the soul for healing, but then get punished for it immediately after and just lose the health they just regenerated. In reality, if they tried to deal and build more damage instead of trying to heal health they're just gonna lose immediately there's a higher likelihood they would have killed the boss before it dealt fatal damage to them. Imo in this game, the best defence is a great offence, and there's no charm that encapsulates that like Shaman Stone, I highly recommend it.

27:37 I never knew that "acid fall" would deal damage if you touched it... and then drop you in the acid below, that is vicious
even the terrain has combo attacks
Remember when you entered City of Tears and wondered how it rains even tho you are underground? Well you might be able to figure out the answer now.
so it's the blue lake, eh
42:00 this arena is definitely one of the more stressful / hard arenas in the game. Was a nightmare to inexperienced me
I can't imagine retrying it T-T it's so long
