    Brutal but satisfying. Gassed at rd 5 but came back for the abs. Would love to see what you do for a full warm up cool down. I know you catch shit for going longer than 30 mins so can’t do em here. Preciate you.

      Hey Marcus. I get this question often.
      I definitely understand the benefits of seeing the workout to know what’s included. But.
      I put a lot of time and energy into filming and editing these videos. Therefore I want viewers to actually follow along and watch them.
      I don’t want to put together a 45 minute workout just so people can copy and paste the description.
      Nothing against viewer who watch all of my video. It’s just the way I do it. Even in my brick and mortar gym.

    That was insane! Haha 20kg bell and dropped some rep ranges down and added a bit of extra rest in the last rounds but mansged to do my version of the 30 mins and now i need taking out the oven because im fully cooked

    You really think burpees are worthless? When I was in Iraq burpees kept me in shape when I had nothing else. I would vary them..sometimes 3 pushups etc. I still find them amazing. Appreciate the workout today! This one was tough.

    Did this just for fun and I too used a 28kg kettlebell. The burpees were 😭😭😭 In a good way. I had to use my knees for the clean and press as I couldn't strict press like how you did. I felt going heavy was appropriate for this workout

      Hard is what you make of it.
      I usually don’t add other equipment since I can’t assume what the user has available. I can suggest if you want to swap out movements like jump squats for box jumps or burpees for wall ball’s or rows for pull ups please do so.

    Psycho Mike great workout! Used a 20 kg I scale weights not reps except for the burpees did 10 1st and 5th round & -1 rep in-between. I have 2 1 hour workouts saved for when you go off the grid.😎✌️ suicidal!!!!
