So, Jade is the star of todays video 👏👏! She is obviously used to being behind the camera but gave us that cute little half grin when you subjected her to a close up 😅 I just love the precision of the Easton splitter. The Timberwolf does an amazing job but without control. Some of the pieces Jade split came out 4 exactly the same which is probably great for your bundles as well.

Love the ease that the splitter slices through the wood. Jade has it figured out perfectly sliding the first cuts over to the right for further splitting to size. I’m hooked on your channel because of the authenticity and honesty of this hard working family.
Nope, that's wasted motion. there's no reason to move it back the way it came, and drop it, only to later pick it back up and move it to the left again. WHile she has that first piece in her hands, she should right then split it however many more times is needed, and toss the pieces to the left. You want to handle the wood the fewest possible number of times, and you want to keep it moving in the same direction, instead of moving it one way, then moving it back the other way, then moving it back in the first direction.
Nice vid kids. I am seeing it months later as it was referenced much later (at least 9 months). But jade, as a table saw accident survivor, please stop putting your thumbs up on the top of the wood to be split. Every time I see you do that it makes me shiver! Be safe :)
Glad you two girls had a fun adventure at the show. Eye opening event huh. Even better is your both home safe and raring to get back to work. God Bless
Using the Eastonmade splitter in the vertical format seems to allow for much easier control of your cuts compared to bending down over a horizontal splitter. Thanks guys for demo.

There is so much wood processing equipment available today and when I was doing at work we had a chainsaw and mull and axe and handle it by hand loading and unloading Thank you for sharing your knowledge about wood processing.
A little suggestion to work more efficiently. When you split the big log push it aside and finish splitting the smaller piece. This way your not picking it up from the left and putting it to the right.
I wonder why no one has woke up yet that this splitter is the wrong way round for right handed people. It's easier for R.H. people to split wood off the block to the right and then throw it onto the conveyor. This is why Jade is getting in a tangle splitting off to the left and then trying to put that piece over to the right hand side. Why is she doing that? She should have got a bit of training when she was away. It's a wonder Mr Easton hasn't woke up to this yet. I've seen so many videos on these splitters and every one I've seen using them has trouble because they have to bring the piece they've split off over to the right hand side because they are righthanded! It is very annoying, mostly for the fact that these operators seem to be too dumb to bring the block in from the left side and split pieces off it to the right. Mr Easton, put the lifter on the left hand side and maybe these dumb people will wake up and slide the block in from the left and split pieces off it to the right and have the conveyor on the right. Trust me, it will be a much smoother operation, I know my setup is.
@@newenglander4513Actually, all you need is a simple method of standing either side of the hydraulic ram! ie two tables with the ram moving over to the other side for r/h people, leaving the conveyor where it is and the loading area where it is!
