Borla is the best exhaust sound system imo. It has the perfect growl and tone. Now it just sounds raspy and the sound is all distorted. Sounded way cleaner before but to each their own!

I have the same truck just a 2018 year model. I have done my own exhaust setup just having no muffler or resonator and 3 inch pipe all the way out the back to make it look like it’s stock.
Goes from having a great exhaust to having and weak exhaust. No way does the sound and way better than the borla ! I think you regret it already personally .Sounds like it should be on a v6 Toyota

I have a 2021 and I love it have exhaust on it but do a bedcover at some point I got one and it made a world of difference unless ofc you don't like bedcovers

Not a fan of the tip placement. Im putting a 6.7 powerstroke style tip on my 98 f150. You should try an x-pipe or h-pipe and make it sound like a s550 mustang
Definitely louder and the tone sounds better than the Borla, in my opinion. I do think it would look better if you went true dual so you can have another one of those exhaust tips positioned the same on the driver's side.
I think Southpark did a succinct take on this in the f word episode. People are just trying to relax... and then some sh#$head comes by who actually believes everyone wants to hear them being obnoxious.
Why sell the Borla? You know you'll end up with another truck on the channel that it would fit on. Then you buy another one for $1500 or more after selling this one for a $500 loss.

i think if you do eventually go with long tubes you should go true duals and do a comparison of it with and without an x pipe

I had 5 inch tips on my 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8 v8 and it sounded amazing.
