"Loveless World" by mu's is 310 bpm but the vocals by themselves were written as if it were 155, and most mashups with that song use the 155 metric. Just write half the lyrics.

Sounds like a tempo thrash metal and death metal bands would, although I think thrash metal bands would be more likely to use 150 bpm (or maybe slightly lower or higher than that) with drums with a kick + snare pattern, but accented on the eighth notes (I explained it the best I could, but it probably wasn't that great, because I'm not a drum nerd).
