Thanks so much for the video, I recently got a vacuum chamber and oiless vacuum pump
Not sure if it’ll work but you can do what preassembled pressure pots do, add a small L shaped extension on the inside of the pressure pot lid, so it can redirect the air, and possible vacuum oil towards the sides of the chamber. 😊

When the bubbles rise towards the top, do you shut off the air at the valve or turn off the pump? I understood that turning the pump off was a bad idea because the pump oil could back-feed into the vacuum chamber. Thanks.

Can you test if it works with nothing in there or will the meter not move? Im doing the same steps but it’s not moving on the dial but I can’t find any air escaping

I’m having problems getting mine to work. The gauge won’t move and I’ve tried everything!

Can you use a silicone cup in the vacuum chamber?

I was also wondering this so I did some quick googling and it seems like the answer is yes. Some people will even wait to degass their resin after pouring it into their desired silicone mold

I like your explanations, but there's something going on with your mike. Sounds like something keeps banging it. Not a show stopper, but it gets very annoying...
