i'm pretty unhappy with this video...it did not turn out exactly as i had envisioned...ah well...
teams used: ACE unlimited co-ed (i think?), cheer extreme senior elite and co-ed elite and small senior X , world cup shooting stars , maryland twisters F5 , top gun unlimited co-ed , fame allstars super seniors , maryland marlins tsunami , viqueens , stingray allstars orange , and california allstars lady bullets
Cheerleading taught me that I can do anything if I try hard and never gave up. It gave me confidence, and if I weren't a cheerleader I don't think I'd ever be happy. My cheermates are like my sisters !
I can't wait till I'm as good as these girls in this video when I grow up. I'm in level 2 but its a start
Cheer taught me how to believe in myself and that I'm capable of much more then I think I am. It taught me how to be a part of the team, to never give up and to trust people around me. So lucky to be a part of the team, as I never thought I would make it through tryouts. 3
Hi! I'm also a flyer ! at first i had a hard time just staying up, but it helps to get a tiny chair or a stool and practice locking your knee and pulling your positions. i did that all summer and ended up being point flyer throughout my whole routine all season.! you should try it if it helps(:
it taught me that when you want something you have to go for it, no matter what is in your way. My broken arm was in my way of my full, so i just got my layout, but im getting there. Courtney, you have taught me sooo much in the year I've been at CEA and I am so proud to be apart of your life. Thank you for everything that you do! (:

I was just waiting for you to post a video about these rule! I love your videos and it made me cry. Cheerleading taught me to push myself because even when I'm exhausted after a double practice,it will pay off in the long run. More than anything it has taught me to never back down. To always keep pushing at something. It also taught me so much confidence.
Cheerleading has been a part of my life since i was about 4 years old. It is my life and its one of those things I look forward to every day of my life. My team works there butts off and my 2 coaches push us to the limit and we went undefeated this entire year! LOVE THIS VIDEO! It really does explain what the true meaning of cheerleading is!!!!!!!! Cheer has always been my escape from school stress an just normal daily stress. It's taught me that if you work hard, you can achieve your goals. Hmm... yes cheerleaders.
yes, i meant the entire thing (like straight up downloading and reuploading my video saying that it's theirs when i worked very hard to make it). i would prefer that people not use clips from my videos (i look hard and long to find them) but i have no right to say that someone can't.

I watch these videos, everyday before practice, I'm a new flyer nd I have a hard time pulling everything, any advice

haha! i literally googled whether it should be "a part of" or "apart of" when i made this video. you use "apart of" when it's being used as an adverb and "a part of" when it's being used as a preposition. i thought it was being used as an adverb there? ugh, i'm so bad at grammar lol. sorry to all if i was wrong!
