How about you make a video on now to troubleshoot blinds that are malfunctioning... BLINDS DON'T ROLL UP ALL THE WAY

Exactly the same for us. Blinds did not retract fully even after just one test. Had to return. Was hoping to replace it with a manual or crank operated type, but only the motorised type is available.

We have had our blinds for one year, and have had troubles with two blinds that either did not go down all the way or up all the way. We need trouble shooting videos.

First of all, learn how to write a coherent comment, and secondly, watch the whole video where they show you how to secure the blind. Hint: It's at the 1:00 minute mark.

Your an absolute muppet. Even zip track blinds that run on a track and have a weighted base, eventually over time wind causes the mesh to loose firmness. Your telling me a little clip on a blind that has no tracks is supposed to be solid.
Everything looks great when there is no wind or rain.

@@mehmetgurkan6916 don't leave the shade down when you are not sitting in the area. This is referring to outside shades, they are to block the sun, so if you are not sitting in the area, you don't need sun protection. I am neither a muppet nor a rep for the company.
