I like almond milk but its high in calories 😩 i want to try soy milk but im scared of trying vegan milk and cheeses. I do eat vegetarian sausages sometimes which are so yummy and sometimes enjoy falafels. This video was very helpful and gives me a little confidence to try them thank you ❤
Many things we consume is “processed” including coffee, tea, coconut milk, beans, rice just to name a few, and if you aren’t vegan then you are eating even more processed foods - all meats, dairy like milk and yogurt are all processed. So what you need to avoid is foods that are processed with unhealthy ingredients or using processes that strip nutrients from the whole foods. For example, chicken is processed using salt water so essentially they shoot it up with a ton of sodium and it makes it even more unhealthy for you to consume. They also bleach it, and that’s not to mention what they do to the livestock while it’s alive. Even healthy whole plant based food can be processed w oils, salt, sugar, etc so I think we just need to stick to minimally processed foods and balance our intake
