Basically we people from Assam don't use coconut juice to make curry. We use different types of herbs, vegetables and water to make curry.you can find these recipes on RUclips..just search for Assamese food recipe 👍
Tamarind...yes you finally got the name 😀 in our local language I mean in Assam, tamarind is known as TETELI TENGA in Assamese language. We use to make pickle from it, we use to add tamarind in curry and also we use to eat ripe tamarind with a little bit of salt and green chilly during free time. 😊😊😊😊😊😊
I have never seen such a nice clean professional way of cleaning cutting in to pieces and preparing the crab anywhere in the world specially the big local seafood shops anywhere in the west we buy our seafoods it’s always half heartedly cleaned and looks like they don’t have any idea of what and how to do professionally with crab pieces excellent job and cooking must be yum yum yummy in want to cook exactly the same way .
Better still if he had not omitted the cornflour stage. Lightly coating the crab in cornflour, the quickly frying BEFORE adding the crab to the butter-yolk sauce, allows the sauce to stick better to the shell. They often do that in Singapore, not sure why this guy didn’t.
