The short hub (Or short hub adapter) is the adapter you need after removing yor stock steering wheel to allow you to install the quick release. Its the first black "Donut" shaped piece that was installed first before the quick release. They are specific to each vehicle, so Make sure you get the correct one you need for your car.

Do you remember if the gold plate on the hub was solid gold or had two small holes. I have a problem with this and I need help.

Did u have the airbag light on ur dash? Does the horn work?

No & no, I just removed the bulb for the airbag light, & I don’t use the horn.
