Ambient Exploration: An absolutely stunning walk on my treadmill this morning for 82 minutes of pure enjoyment. Except for the man made bridges, waterfalls, paths, and pond holding cement enclosures, you could say you almost walked back into primordial time! I almost expected a dinosaur to pop out or a pterodactyl to fly overhead! I had to remind myself this was Mt. Daisen in Tottori, Japan not Jurassic Park! LOL! Seriously, thank you for discovering this remarkable forest bathing experience and making such a fine production to share! Happy Journeying, Margie
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! The forest definitely had a bit of a Jurassic feel, and then there were those mysterious enclosures. A wonderful forest indeed, I think it's worthy of a revisit in another season - perhaps winter....

Lush, mossy, shady and seemingly untouched. The sounds of cascades and birds chirping make it even more enjoyable.
