    Did Little Wild Horse / Bell, Ramp, Cistern and many other canyons in the reef about 30 years ago. There were no signs or people anywhere, certainly glad I had the chance to see it back then.

    The best video I've found that gives the feel of the actual place! Good job! I had the privilege of spending 4 months in the swell back in 1994 and hike The narrows many times. It's the closest thing you can come to scuba diving terrestrually! As far as the other world's aspect is concerned. I love the drip Sandcastle goblins too great place to trip on mushrooms and get paranoid in a good way wish I was there now thanks for the vid brother

      Hey thank you very much...sounds like you made some great memories out there. I was lucky enough to have this place to myself early in the day...it gets busy quick though! Btw, you are right about the diving thing. I’ve never thought of it that way before but it’s correct!

    beautifully filmed Clint. I would love to hike this one. However it would be terrifying to get caught in a flash flood in any of those tight spaces. Love it bro!

      Hey thanks Brian! definitely wouldn’t want to be in a flood. This hike was a lot if fun...I I didn’t see anyone for about an hour and a half. Very peaceful!

    8am is not bad! I was thinking EARLY early. Can you camp down there maybe a little further?

      I know right?! I was surprised...only saw one person in almost an hour with in the canyon alone. And so I did some research and it looks like there is camping along the 4x4 road between the canyons. That wound make for an epic overnight trip!

    I feel this Canyon would look so much cooler if you went when the sun was on top making it more bright and colorful

      Yes the sunlight would definitely make it pop. Those crowds though…this is an amazing canyon but it fills up quickly

    Is it safe to do it alone?

    • @TheNotLostNomad
      @TheNotLostNomad  2 года назад

      I’d say it’s relatively safe...don’t go past your comfort level and make sure there isn’t any rain in the forecast. For the most part of this loop you may not be alone for long. This is a pretty popular trail...a great one though!
