THANK YOU for properly showing this directly from behind too. I haven't seen this in other videos, and it was hard to grasp what people explaining it were trying to say. Great work! Very useful, thank you!
Thank you for such a thorough and detailed explanation. I've been diving for nearly 40 years and I am working hard to change too many years of a bad method of propulsion. Thanks again!
I recently saw a video of myself diving with my heavier drysuit jetfins on...I behaved exactly like that female diver! I guess it's time to find some new fins...🤔
Or just adapt to heavier rubber fins :) I learned it with my jetfins and I think they are great. You can do these super small hard kicks with almost just moving your feet, great if you are in more confined areas.
Thanks for the excellent demo! Literally put on my booties and jet fins and began practicing at the edge of the bed 🤘😄
Lol. So did I.
😂🤣😂✌️

I am a new diver and trying to practice the frog kick, thanks for the vid. Even using the fins I wear 👍😂
I saw on the bottom of your fins writes “Mr.” or “Sir” 😂 4:13
I like your back yard! Also, where are you diving at?

Thanks, excellent video
Very interesting. Thanks.
Great video thank you!
thanks a lot for the video, can you tell what brand and model are yours fins?
The yellow are Mares Quattro and the black OMS Slipstream both neutral to slightly negative in the water. Cheers, Steve
I've tried it is very difficult with long fins to kick like that.
