Bir Billing is located at the edge of Kangra District of Himachal towards Mandi and Manali. Tourist Town Bir is quite famous among adventure lovers for variety of adventure activities, specially Paragliding for which Bir Billing is famous for. Tourist travelling to Bir Billing for stay at Camp Oak View for Machaan Tents and Paragliding experience. Bir Tourist area is divided in few villages -
Chougan village - which is main market place for Cafe's monasteries, guest houses, food joints and Tibetan colony area where you can visit for shopping and bikes, cycles on rent. Tibetan colony area extend for one and half kilometers.
Ghodnala Village - Village is known for very famous Campsite - Camp Oak View - Machaan Tent and cottages. This camp site is in middle of forest with valley and mountain view. Now few more campsite developed in this area.
Bir Village - place for main habitants of Bir Billing valley and upper portion of Bir tourist area. Tea factory few waterfall trek located in this region.
Billing - Billing is paragliding take off point at the mountain having few food joints having no sapce for stay and no houses of local. Billing experience heavy snowfall during winter and now road from Billing to Raj Gundha village also completed bit for summers only.
