Calvin Ridley will be the death of my season
I picked the Jags to win MORE THAN ONE playoff game this season. I believe in the T-Law hype, can excuse the Urban debacle, & believed in their young . Lawrence really looked like he could be top-tier once he got a competent coach & some more pieces around him last season. Ugly playoff win or no, you gotta be thrilled to see him
start to show us what all the hype was about as soon the team got a new, capable HC.
I’m not sure what to pin the issues on this year on; I’m no expert, just a fan. It would be silly to have the “bust” or even “just a guy” convo about T-Law as he’s already flashed some serious talent and we’re barely beginning his (potentially) long career. I’m still buying the T-Law hype, believe all the potential didn’t just vanish, and cheering him in the early stages of what’s hopefully a long and successful career: I’d even go so far as to “buy low” on him in fantasy drafts next season, but I really wish I knew more about what the actual problem is in Jacksonville and what’s so different from last year before I make the commitment.
I’m terrible at predictions (predicted Buffalo would at least make the AFC Championship last year) I predicted the Jags would take a “step forward” in the form of a division win and AT LEAST one post-season win. I wouldn’t have been shocked to see them in the AFC ‘chip.
Plus we just saw Dougie P
Hoist the Lombardi five(?) years ago so I trusted him with the young star and team in what looked to be the AFC’s worst division that found success just last year.
TL;DR not going to write off T-Law, still think he’s a franchise guy that can take a team all the way. Just wish I knew why they backslid quite so much as an offense this season.

It always felt like a weird year for RBs in fantasy. A lot of them are approaching that age where they start to decline, but we had no way to know which RBs were gonna be next up. Come to find out it's Etienne, Kenneth Walker, Achane, etc. First round next year should look a lot different

Took out Pollard for Henry Saturday night. Started Breece and Henry. Safe to say Najee was my best running back this week and i put him at flex. Didn't matter much because I lost by 50. 😢
