Ben, you are the first to really tell what its like being a police officer. That's really needed because some go into it thinking I'm tough, nothing can get to me attitude.
You certainly did better with the murderer than I could have. I wouldn't want him in the car with me. By the time we got to lockup I'd need to shower and change pants.

I know of someone who killed a guy. He was sentenced to 25 years 4 years ago. Hes already had it reduced for good behaviour. Its a joke.

when a murderer gets found guilty the judge will give a recommendation of how many years he should serve this is called the lifers rec, then when all the paper work etc is sent off to the home office? (i think they send it to) they issue the murderers actual tariff and they can go higher or lower than what the judge said, the life part refers to being on license for the rest of your life (having to go see a probation officer etc) the average tariff is about 14 years, meaning serve 14 years then start applying for parole

I did work experience at a funeral home, you definitely NEVER forget the smell
i remember 1 day me and my dad went to visit his friend in a block of flats when i was about 13 or so we walked through security door and got hit with the most rotten smell ive ever had the pleasure of inhailing i instantly said dad that smells like death , thought nothing of it proceeded up to top floor and about half hour after we arrived at my dads friends flat theres a knock on the door from police asking if my dads friend had seen his neibour that lived below him in the last few weeks my dads friend said no next thing the police have found the fella been ddead in his chair for 2 weeks, and let me tell you that smell stays with you

@@Hutchyy yeah i think your right. shaun was involved in some police case of himself when he pulled a prank towards some online trolls. i dont know the specifics but shaun expressed himself he could not describe the situation due to his lawyer stating it wasn't wise.

I know someone who took pity on a person got him some food and a tea, let him watch some TV next he was attacked and he was beaten very bad lost his eye and was lucky to live. Yes!
