The aftermarket batteries do not properly communicate with tools redlink. They will ruin your tool by not stopping when the tool is overworking itself. Only buy matching brand batteries on whichever platform you have. After market buys are a big mistake. You’ll see.
Is the aftermarket still holding same time for this gun ? And have you had any issue with the aftermarket battery and or the tool it self after today ?
Just an update. The aftermarket battery was dead after using it for around 3 years. The Milwaukee battery is still working.

Maybe I should do anther test. I am still using the same batteries. I had no issue at all with the battery or the heat gun.
