Some of my best memories in college were at this house. Truly a Mecca of knowledge and respect.
This is not the real Animal House, although some scenes in the movie were filmed here. The actual house that Bluto and the boys lived in was next door. That building was torn down in the 80s. This house was where the Omegas lived - Niedermeyer, Chip and Marmallard.

When I was a Phi Psi, '70-'72, we had a St. Bernard named "Horse". We'd have the Alpha Phi's over for a "Friday at 4" legged, and when we yelled..."ALPHA PHI!!!", "Horse" would roll over on her back, and spread her back legs!! WE were the original Animal House!!

The Phi Psi Creed (as do all the others) talks about leadership, scholarship, respect, community service, etc. The reality is, it's all about the Bro culture. Nothing more, nothing less.
