The ground might have broken down near the end because the screenprinting medium you added to make it easier to print is water based. Maybe the lavender oil is worth a try. Also if plate tone is too present, could you trim the plate to the edge of the design? Good luck with the process
Hi Samir, I cant remember what I used to clean this, i think just washing liquid and warm water and then gave it a blast with the pressure washer outside and it did the job
yes, ive been doing lots of research and its very similar. The biggest problem I'm having it finding a resist that can last long enough to achieve a etch depth of 1mm+. I know in PCB etching you are mostly only doing very light etching. Have you ever done any deep etching?
