That match's ending was very intense. Good game. Again excellent cohesion & communication with all batteries (especially when the Union charged the cannons at the end). I sincerely hope any player (hopefully all) who plays/wants to try out War of Rights watches your videos (alongside Pixelated Apollo & other friends) on how to use artillery etc. You definitely need more subs for the amazing content (love the intros) you present to this game. Looking forward to your next video.
War of Rights is way too entertaining. To me, War of Rights is one of the few games that I can be entertained by both playing it and watching it. Good work cody, what a fun game!
@@JarthenGreenmeadow servers host 300 people, most regiment battles are full, so 150 people on each side. with a well trained and diciplined regiment, this game can be absoulutly amazing
@@wombat_pickle1674 Still not even close to proper scale. Don't know where all these "Epic!" and "Intense!" and "Immersive!" comments are coming from. These "battles" would barely rank as a skirmish.
500 yards on that map is overshoot normally, only reason they hit is cause somebody had the elevation low enough on one of those shots. but default 500 would normally fly into the sky.
I really want to get this game. I'd probably mainly play artillery. Is it hard to get a slot like it is in BF and other games with special spawns? does everyone race to get arty or is there a good chance a spot will be available?
I'd love it if they made a gamemode where there's more people on each side with the addition of cavalry charges but spots are limited for balance purposes
I have no doubt that cavalry is coming some day, but horses are hard to animate properly. I'm sure they are diligently working on a way to implement horses.
The Overall Efficiency was great. Considering the fact that you guys are probably in a lot of stress when the fight gets WAY TOO "SPICY" and I do have some suggestions Suggestion (This is probably Way More Complicated than the previous one, and rather impractical if you all are not the Super Competitive) IF Everyone in the Battery is very efficient, I would recommend to start using different "Firing Modes" to match different circumstances. 1: "Fire on Command". You've been using this most of the time, Which is Firing individual guns. this would been a good option for 2-3 gun batteries, but this mode wouldn't be able to unleash the full potential of 5-6 gun batteries because of the fact that there's too many guns just waiting for your orders. You could solve this issue by splitting your artillery battery into 2 smaller groups, these smaller groups would operate as if they were a single gun (They both load the same rounds, and fire at the same time), This mode's effectiveness is heavily dependent on how fast you could shout out your commands and how well your gunners to load and shoot. 2: "Volley Fire". (Technically it's suppose to be called Salvo) Just like the Infantry, you order all your guns to fire at once, with the largest possible volume of fire, there's no way your enemies would be able to "Dodge" it, this mode does come with a few drawbacks. Accuracy, it's like gambling your whole wallet, (Either Win Big or Loss Big) this drawback could by firing a single gun first to test the range, if it hits, FIRE ALL THE GUNS. This mode is great at counter battery and decimating lines of men. This is very rewarding but could be risky 3: "Bombardment/Barrage". Select a Certain Area, like the capture point, and let your guns continuously bombard the place freely (And quickly). This mode could halt enemy pushes if done fast enough but while it does the same to your allies and "burns" up ammo very quickly. this is great when going against fixed positions and the constant bombardment may demoralize the enemy. 4: "Fire of Will". To sum it up: Just Fire Everything You Got, and Ignore My Commands (Until I say Stop It) This mode has great RoF, while this time it is to shoot at anything you see instead of certain areas. This is recommended to be used when your arty position is about to be overrun. That situation 16:02 could have been avoided (I do appreciate that your men Respects the chain of command). But the drawbacks of this mode is Very VERY large, This mode is disorganized. And a Extra Note: If your going to use this mode, once you do so, you should not "Regret" this order because this may lead to mass confusion if you suddenly order to stop doing so. Most of these "Firing Modes" are the rather aggressive/risky ones, based of the way you act, I assume your a cautious and caring commander, you fire only when you think it's a good time to, you avoid friendly fires. These are good "traits", but these "traits" also limits the full potential of a 5-6 gun batteries. And a side note: Avoid Swapping between these modes too frequently, you don't want to confuse your men. And if you and your men want to, you all may want do drills. I've noticed that there were cases where you've ordered your men to do thing that "Should" have been done automatically (Like Pushing the gun back to position once it had fired)

Damn I wish I could play these kinds of games, dont have a PC and since I'm going to boot camp soon I dont see a point in getting one. Great games though
In the future after everything else is implemented, I can imagine allowing people to loot guns/weapons off of the enemy or friendly dead. Such as a confederate grabbing a Henry, or an artillery gunner taking the binoculars off a dead officer in order to spot for himself. The only problem is that it could lead to friendly fire.
