The idea of Patchy and Remi going on a 'field trip' across Gensokyo for knowledge and adventure respectively, one taking Koakuma and plenty of books - and probably writing a couple in the process, and the other Sakuya and luggage befitting a Lady, is a really good one. I can just imagine Sakuya in a pith helmet. Flandre could then play the young Mistress and mind the SDM while Remi is away with Meiling as loyal Retainer in Sakuya's stead in charge of the fairy maids, with amusing, and perhaps dramatic consequences of their own. Ultimately the expedition of the Great Library would be *ahem* Moving.

A rather deep and interesting discussion regarding what is still a rather nebulous history between Remilia and Patchouli. A break from the humor while still bringing compelling character study. Well done.
This is a great Remilia. She cares about Patchouli enough to show her some tough love. The more serious episode works well. It's cool to see you try new stories.

Wasn't expecting this conclusion Usually in these kinds of stories, you'll see some sort of change in the characters, having some experience ourside of their comfort zone that will strive them to improve upon themselves. Here instead we got to see the opposite: a friend desperate to see her pal have a better life (following her definition of "better"), with then a complete rejection for change... It's kinda depressing, but really well done, congrats!
Actually some really compelling storytelling. Even if it is just a fun or comedic mini-series, it's quite touching to see this interaction between these two.

Ive said it many times and will continue to said it. I love this series. I live the idea of a series focusing on the SDM Crew, they are my favorite group, Sakuya being my favorite. I love how in two episodes itbwent from just a comedy to having an interesting story. I love keeping up with the canon lore, and so i can say that the origins of the SDM crew are mysterious and while there are some logical, even possible theories, it does leave a good bit of room for interpretation. Personally, i find that your characterizations to be pretty close and its part of the reason its so enjoyable. I was happy to hear you will make another season, as this has been such an enjoyable watch. Im certain it will do well! Hope to see some Remi-Sakuya shenanigans at some point. If you ever need some ideas or help, id be happy to assist! Thanks for making such an awesome series!

So this series is basically Remilia forcing Patchy to touch grass... I love it.
So the whole libary debacle is just (in the canon of this) remi's extremely long and contrived way of telling patchy to go touch some grass.
That remilia smug always gets me.. Remilia really likes to fucking fuck around with patchouli.
