A lovely vlog! I also enjoy a routine. Building skills in the kitchen is awesome, keep up the good work! Thank you for sharing and your honesty! Never mind the negative folks, just be yourself and enjoy your life. I look forward to the next vlog!

My advice - don’t let ten years slip by like this (like I did) - easy to do and sometimes you gotta disrupt the pattern

@@Ben-mv9jt just break the routine regularly - go clubbing on a weeknight, volunteer at a homeless hostel, take a ten mile walk in no particular direction, visit India, just let go of rigidity a bit and actually live

I agree with your statement. Even though routines can help someone with anxiety and stress, they feel monotonous and controlled. The control/management helps our brain to process everything easier and better. However, you only live really if you heart/your emotions are touched by your life. Often, the heart and brain are too disconnected and it's very difficult to figure out how to really live. Exposing yourself to new experiences is a good way - it helps to grow and be confronted with other experiences in life. Also, therapy should be considered in order to better understand what causes the emotional stress and how to accept it and live with it. It takes time! (you can also use meditation techniques/self-acceptance breaks to loosen up a bit).

@@mister_beee I like self-development/self-discipline/productivity too, but at the same time I feel like we're all increasingly being programmed to WORK/CONSUME/SLEEP/REPEAT and seek nothing more from life. When I was young, travel & adventure were a huge thing but I guess you can do it virtually now, and also most countries look and feel homogenous now compared with 20 years ago

As far as I know, the money you spend on the videos can be business expenses against your income from ad revenue or sponsorships! #betaxefficient If no real income yet, then your business is making a loss, which still isn't a bad thing!

@@Edmund30s Dear Friend, Thank you for your response.I am a composer so I know the value of having some nice classy music to enhance one's production. Remember, you are offering something a little different with added quality. Adding some cheap music does not compliment your video at all. Following the trend of this kind of electronic noise garbage makes you like others and you don't stand out. Just a tip for you. Keep up the good work and I wish you well.

@gezbo66 this is a constructive feedback rather than your first comment with strong language without clear explanation. And I genuinely appreciate your follow-up comment as it tells me how I could possibly enhance my video quality. Could you kindly suggest/recommend me a reliable music platform for my vlogs? also, a few names of artists and their pieces for me to taste would be immensely appreciated. Then, I can gauge my own yardstick to choose music - thanks again and please leave comment on how to improve quality of my video anytime!

For me, I don't want to set relationship itself as a goal. When I chase after relationship itself, the result was not as pleasant as I expected. If I value myself, I believe that right person will come at right timing - I have a firm belief in law of attraction:)
