How rare are these enemies? In two playthroughs I've haven't even seen the majority of this list in random encounters, much less fought them. Hell the only reason i've even fought some are because of moments they are scripted to show up in ie. the solo Alm section and the postgame maps.
The sad thing is if you want certain divine weapons without having to go deep in Thabes, it can require soft resetting after finding one of these enemies until you get the item drop. Astra is the lowest chance with a 1/2000 drop. That sounds like shiny hunting if I've ever heard of it.

But Skyrim- once a guy opened a closet I was hiding in while looking for me, stood there and stared at me for several seconds, then just turned around and said "he must've ran off" and closed the door.
So here's another story. After watching this video, I wanted to go find a Vestal myself. I go to the Duma Tower, Duma Temple, and the Lost Treescape. In the Lost Treescape, I start cutting down a bit of grass for a couple of Silver Marks, but then I found out you can get Gold Marks in that area. I completely drop my hunt for a Vestal and just focus on getting more Gold Marks. A Vestal then flies by. It honestly startled me.
Congrats. You just won the 1/256 chance or something. I wouldn't recommend hunting for more Gold Marks there unless you have waaaay too much spare time. (I never found one in my playthroughs without hacking.)

I once ran into a Dracul at the Thieves' Shrine towards the beginning of the game. It and its zombie friends were brutal against an underleveled Alm army.
I ran into a Titan when returning to the Deliverance hideout for the subquest from the Hermit in the throne room. It threw me off because I thought IT was the enemy group to defeat for the quest.
This is off topic... but am I the only one who likes forging weapons and inscribing names of other FE weapons on them? For example, fully forged blessed swords have a fire effect when they hit. So, I named one Durandal. (Leave the Binding Blade to Roy) Also, I forged a Brave Sword and called it Sol Katti. It definitely has a crit to match... Hell, I forged a Silver Sword and called it Audhulma! So... yeah. Am I the only one?
I decided to call my Ladyblade Sieglinde. The Beloved Zofia's already sort of a legendary weapon, and I don't wanna mess with that. I did, however, call my Royal Sword Ragnell because the Falchion can replace it.
I met a Garuda right after getting Silque (I went back to the shrine to do the mission for Ram Village's old man) and had no clue about the whole rare monster deal. Needless to say I got destroyed and had to reset :c

FOR FUCK'S SAKE! The flame witch Vestal is a priestess to the goddess of the Hearth, Vesta. A hearth is another term for a Fireplace! GOD THAT'S TERRIBLE! Also, they were the goddess herself in Gaiden.

Yes, they do spawn. Can 100% confirm it. I just went into the mila shrine in sylvan shrine then went back out and a Dracul spawned in the center area between all the cells.
Wow. I found found some of these enemies by accident and assumed they were just assigned to side quest by village people. I found that boss in the Deliverance Hideout and the gargoyle in the Thieve's Shrine. If I recall, I might have even saw the glowing eyeball monster in Duma Tower too. But I ran away from that guy because I was rushing towards the final fight and didn't want anything to do with the monsters.

You missed one, in the beginning dungeon. There is a slight possibility of encountering a terror, but it's a giant. You can encounter these later on through the game, but their smaller like the Dracul.
I never met most of these creatures until I made it to the bottom of Thabes Labyrinth. I saw the Vestal for the first time down there, during the fight against "The Creation." When she spawned, I thought that I was up against a reanimated Witch Rinea (which would have made perfect sense, if you know who "The Creation" actually is.) It threw me off really bad.

From what I understand, it's a flat 10% chance for any to spawn after you've triggered a flag. I don't know what triggers the flag (it could be after re-entering a dungeon N times or something else entirely). If there are multiple rare monsters in the same zone, they share the 10%. Eg. the Garuda and Dracul in the Thieves' Shrine are 7% and 3% respectively.

zues 2011 more like the FE equivalent of Xenoblade Chronicles series unique enemies/tyrants/golden enemies.
This dungeon AI reminds me of skyrim. "What?!, who's there?" ... "Hmm, must have been my imagination" while standing 5 feet in front of the enemies
But the difference here is Skyrim could've had better AI, because it is a console game, but the 3DS has an excuse

I think you forgot one called a Deimos. They are similar to Titans in how they wield axes, but Deimos also use black magic.
